Due to some technical difficulties in the challenge accounts drawdown rule, I had lost my accounts for an unknown reason. Despite me following these rules they had been breach because of an error, but I was able to regain ownership of them from Owen in the support team. He’s truly a cool guy for providing the services needed for me to retrieve my accounts. Hope he’s able to provide the same services for the rest of you guys in the 1 of 1 community, this guy is the goat.

I had an issue so emailed in and Mohammed on support emailed me back in the same minute saying one moment and 2 mins later he had the reason for my issue. Quickest response to a support email let alone resolve it! Thanks

I have two accounts with them, one of which I have been waiting for my payment since May, now they say that I will receive it at the end of January. This is the umpteenth time. on my other account, the first payment was 1 week, the second one already a month, here too the waiting time is increasing. they don't give compensation, but there is a prop firm where you get an extra $1,000 after two days of delay. I don't recommend it at all.

Mohamed issued clarified support with the great explanation to the situations addressed. I came with negative emotions and concerns concerning informations about my payouts and can say after his help, I can peruse my day with my questions answered and a calm soul. Great work Mohamed!

they make up any reason to deny payouts, apparently logging into my dashboard from a diffrent country is considered "vpn usage" could not even pay me a few hundred bucks i dont want to imagine what would happen if i requested a large payout one day, thankfully ill never be working with them again.

Been waiting for my old dx payout for 7 month plus and the best part is 1of1 say they will be transparent with their platform but the payout team never did and the best part my friend trade with them and been waiting for the payout then they say the account is breach due to the glitch so who's fault is that is your platform fault at least give back the account or what cos is not our fault that your platform got glitch and alot of people now waiting for thier platform if ever I get my payout I will surely not trade with them cos for 1 payout must wait u month plus for what I want to open another account under thier platform waste time

Get Muhammad a raise, no clue on who he is but he helped and made my day 10x better

Requested a payout 2 months ago and still its not processed. Everytime when I contact support they are 'working' on it, but no progress so far. Really tired of waiting and I lost respect for 1of1. Better to stick with a real propfirm.. If you cannot maintain all the customers maybe stop offering challenges and fix your sh*t first.
