Same as everyone else. Bought a gun, it worked well then it broke. Contacted onephysion who originally replied and said they would send out a new one as it was still within the guarantee. I contacted them tla few time but never got any reply. Then I was eventually blocked 🚫 by them. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not use them. Please.

Hi. I have just read some of the reviews of this company and agree with all of them. My Massage Gun arrived with No case. I tried contacting the selling not just by email but also the number on the site (No Answer) I have had to emails with the second one saying this was not there product number. I am not impressed. Like others this item was recommended and others have had the carry case. Also like others this is a present. I just want the carrycase which goes with the Massage Gun which is advertised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a Physion Pro2 and returned it because it was no longer needed and was not as good as the other ones in the market. After several emails arranging the return, I sent the item back to them on 2nd November 2022. I have still not got the refund. I have chased over email several times and have been ignored completely. I have tried calling the number on the website and it does not connect. I have tried to leave a message on the portal on their website and still get no answer.

Firstly was very happy with purchase overall. Fast forward a few months and around an hours worth of use the mini gun won't charge. They claim the company was selling cheap copies and I can buy another from them which is the real deal. Exact same email address etc that responded to me.... absolute criminals that in todays world walk away free.. disgusting! My advice is buy one from a shop where you can physically return or talk to someone as these new companies are shocking

Terrible company. Received a mini gun as a gift but it doesn't charge up. Sent videos to Eva at customer services to prove it, but they said, they hadn't got them even though they had been downloaded. Now completely ignoring my multiple emails. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company, its actually one person selling out of a flat in London and selling dodgy stock.

Reading other reviews, I see that I am not alone! I am hugely disappointed - no, appalled, that my massager literally fell part internally and initially, after much effort online (there is no telephone contact available), one person, Eva, asked me to send evidence which I did in video form. After some time, and several emails from me, this lady Eva said they would replace it. That was the last contact I have and emails are now bouncing back. I would love to take them to court and/or find some Government body to look into the company but the reality is probably that we say goodbye to the money and forget it. Certainly interested if anyone gets any further than I did.

This company must have closed down. DO NOT purchase anything from them. They owe me a refund but have not processed it despite receiving my return. All emails are being returned. Criminals!!!

So I was told I could return my item and get refunded as it took a month to arrive and I no longer required the item. Email niw no longer accepts email and when you go on to do it through website they replied saying the previous WEBSITE has went out of business (not the business?) and there's nothing they can do. They actually said I didn't get the product from them so how can they refund?? TOTAL CON ARTISTS!

There should be an option for zero stars. Purchased their products on the back of their website advertised 60 day trial offer. It was downhill from there. They sent wrong items. That got rectified.

Once the correct order arrived I'd changed my mind by this point and decided to return the items. They were unused so Physion accepted the return.

They've had the items and my money since September 2022 and I am yet to receive a refund. They are ignoring emails. And now their email address domain name can't be found, so nothing but a postmaster failure is returned. Same for their website. DNS address cannot be found.

I paid the order in october, wait for 15 days, asked what happening with order, they said they dont ship to my country....i asked for refund of 40£, they say wait for 15 working days and they will send me e mail for confirmation, and i wait for 15 days.
Now their web doesn't respond, and i can not contact them anymore.

Faulty product, spend ages trying to avoid a refund and now website down and a winding up order against them - AVOID

Received the Physion Mini minus a carry case. Arrived in a cardboard box! Been chasing them for over 6 weeks now. Had a few emails from them to say they would check why and send me a carry case if there was not one already on the way. Well I tried last night to send them a further email but it bounced back. Tried to get onto their website and it no longer exists! I'm also confused that there is another company trading with what I believe is the same or similar items but they tell me they are in no way connected to Onephysion.com. They are Physion Shop. It's all a bit fishy to me. If anyone on here knows anything else, then please post something here. I hope they haven't left other customers out of pocket. I'm going to continue to investigate further.

My order has still not turned up.
The website seems to have stopped working and there is no way of contacting anyone.
I seem to have literally thrown away £80.
If anyone from Physion is out there to provide an explanation I’d be most grateful….

Just keeps getting worse. As you can see from my previous review, they tried to say that I had initiated a charge back, which I hadn’t. I checked with my bank directly and they confirmed they never opened a case. OnePhysion then sent me an email saying the charge back was still “live” so I approached my bank again and they sent me a screenshot of my active charge backs and previous charge backs (of which there were none). I then sent this onto OnePhysion 2 weeks ago, no response. I then sent OnePhysion a subject access request, this would show the charge back they are referring to, but they are ignoring me. Please Avoid

I concur with other reviewers - this company does not fulfil orders & their customer service is less than useless. All very frustrating. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I have had my massage gun less than a year, it now no longer charges. The product when, working is great, its solid and looks fantastic. When it's not working its nothing but a sports therapy ornament thanks to the companies awful customer service. I supplied all my details 3 times to the company along side 2 different videos of the item not working. The company agreed it was faulty and that they would send a replacement. I have now contacted the company three times within the past 2 weeks to get an eta of said replacement but get ignored every time.

Returned this item which was received on 24th October, told id have a refund within 14 days and still waiting, in the mean time 2 of the 4 payments came out together with no luck on getting this back, now both this company and clearpay are ignoring me!!!!!!!

Purchased mini weeks ago. Money out of my bank account unable to track item and cannot contact the company as online site isnt available. Is the company still operating as I still get emails to buy theirxstuff.

I placed my order in September 2022 and have still not received the case for my Physion Mini.
I’ve been put off by excuses and false promises and it now looks like their site is not available.
I assume they have gone bust.
