Patagonia women’s R1 Air

I purchased a Patagonia women’s R1 air top and it was the cheapest price for that item on Black Friday weekend, with free postage as well.
I ordered the item on 30/11/2025 and it arrived on Friday 5/12/2025.
Excellent price, excellent delivery.

True mountain bike enthusiasts…

From purchase to handover this purchase was painless, I purchased an ex demo Ebike from one planet, it was bought online in the evening and I was contacted the following morning and was very attentive to bike setup , I am a keen mountain biker, qualified guide and coach so I was very pleased they were asking all the right questions, I collected the bike and from first looks it could have been brand new, it may as well be, they replaced anything with even a hint of wear, the gentleman who served me was fully focused on set-up and giving me the best bike possible, he was extremely knowledgeable about the bike and even served me 10 minutes before the shop opened, I then took the bike for a good run around the red and black loop, the bike was faultless, as described,

Great online shopping service

Recently (11/10/25) purchased a Fox MTB coat for my daughter. Service from OnePlanet was, as always, spot on. Speedy delivery, clear comms, easy to use site and price in sale was cheaper than anywhere else online inc. the postage. Oh and the trails at OnePlanet are great too!!!

I just wanted to reach out and say a huge Thank you

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Brad and team for sorting everything with my new Santa Cruz Bullit 90. I'm still yet to ride it but I'm out on it this Sunday which I'm looking forward to. But I did just want to thank you firstly for dealing with the order and process. Please can you also pass on my thanks to the entire team there for every part they have played in the process front of house or behind the scenes whether I have met them or not.

Secondly, I would like to highlight how polite and helpful the young lad was who greeted me on arrival. He admitted straight away it wasn't his area to deal with and would need to get a senior member of staff. Just with a polite and caring attitude to his work really did go a long way which in this day and age is sometimes hard to come by. And finally, the guy who did the handover/bike set up was very friendly and happy to answer any questions and get me set up in a nice, chilled environment. A complimentary drink as simple as it is does add that touch so thank you.

My previous experience buying a brand-new bike was average at best at a different company and I never wanted to go back just because of the lack of enthusiasm and care towards it. But I have to say a complete contrast buying a bike from you guys at One Planet and I just think it's worth mentioning that I've have a great overall experience and will happily return even if you are a 6 hour round trip for me.

Years ago, I never thought I would get that level of service just buying a pushbike. I work in the motor trade, and I am used to seeing a high level of customer service which is expected in the brand I work with but to see the save level in the biking world is great. Like I say a huge credit to you all, keep up the good work and I have no doubt I will be back in future for further purchases.

Ex demo bikes

Just bought an ex demo. Website says your buying a bike that's almost brand new and they're not joking. New seat, dropper post cable, tyres both ends, break pads, bearings, forks service, drive chain....the lot! I was sceptical at first, but if you're thinking of getting a second hand/ex demo from here, dont even question it. Just do it you won't regret it. Very helpful, matt showed me how to get the suspension set right, made sure I had all the info I need before leaving with the bike.

Can't recommend enough 10/10

Get it in writing before you buy!

I am writing this review to formally express my dissatisfaction with a purchase I made at your store and the handling of my subsequent concerns. On October 23rd 2023, I ordered a Santa Cruz Bullit after an extensive discussion with your sales representative, David Coates. During this conversation, I specifically inquired about whether the bike would come equipped with the EP801 system, as I understood this feature to be part of the 2024 model. I was reassured multiple times by David that the bike I was purchasing would indeed have the EP801 system, which was the decisive factor in my decision to proceed with the order.

At the time, I was aware that the official product literature still listed the EP8 system. However, since the EP801 system had only just been announced, I made sure to ask for clarification on more than one occasion. David assured me that because this was a 2024 model, it would have the EP801 system as “all 2024 Santa Cruz’s eBikes came with EP801’s”. Based on this assurance, I placed the order for my 2024 Santa Cruz Bullit with great anticipation.

On August 3rd, 2024, I visited the shop to receive an update regarding my bike’s EP801 system. To my dismay, I discovered that the bike is fitted with the older EP8 motor, not the EP801 system that I was explicitly promised. Furthermore, I have since learned that the bike cannot be upgraded to the EP801 system, which means it is incapable of the free shift and auto shift functions that were key to my decision to purchase this model.

When I raised this issue with David, he appeared to have no recollection of our conversation regarding the EP801 system and instead cited the Santa Cruz literature to justify the situation. In my view, this is either a significant oversight on his part or a deliberate attempt to mislead me into purchasing a product that does not meet my requirements.

As a result, I have been left with a bike that I did not intend to buy, costing £7,350.00, and your team has refused to take any kind of responsibility and made no effort to rectify for this issue which speaks volumes about the integrity of the sales team and your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

At this point, my only option is to sell the bike at a loss and purchase a new one that meets my original expectations which is a situation I find entirely unacceptable. I believe this issue could have been avoided had the salesperson (David) been either transparent or knowledgeable about the product they were selling.

I urge you to address this matter promptly, as I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I would strongly advise potential customers to seek written confirmation of all key product details when purchasing high-value items from your store.

Extremely poor service

Item ordered arrived damaged due to very poor packaging by OnePlanetAdventure.
Contacted shop immediately after delivery with pictures of damaged item. It took days and an email chaser for them to even respond to me.
Finally received an email back telling me they'll open a warranty claim with the manufacturer. This made no sense at all since the item was clearly damaged due to their poor packaging and had nothing to do with the manufacturer.

I've had to send 6 emails to finally receive a PARTIAL refund nearly a month after delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Trails are good for all year around.

Trails are good for all year around.
Two downs are inconsistent food and staff. Waiting for a pizza on a Wednesday night seen a group of the cooks friends sorted long before me and my son. Instant sack if they worked for me.
My stars are for the fair parking price and the trails👍

Terrible online experience

Terrible online experience. No comms whatsoever. Ordered a helmet. After 4 days of radio silence checked the stock online as suspected the helmet wasn't available (was showing as in stock when purchasing and no communication to tell me otherwise). Sent a message via online contact us form to query about the dispatch status - no reply. Then next day sent an email to hello@ - nothing. Then called the shop and was told can't answer my question about dispatch status as the person didn't have access. In the end was told to email David who got back to me saying that in fact the item isn't in stock and refunded my order. All in all it took 6 days to go back to square one. After an experience of buying from Amazon / Ebay this is frustrated to say the least in this day and age.
