I can't say I love it but I cant say I hate it either. They have some flaws and some good points. Personally I like their smoothies above everything.

OnePotato is Rotten
I gave this company so many chances to get it right but they just couldnt get their act together. Anything and everything went wrong. Here is a list of the many things that occurred during my 6 months using this service.
- deliveries were constantly late (they blame it on the shipping partner but I have other meal services with the same shipper and they are rarely late)
- ingredients were constantly missing
- wrong meals were sent
- meals missing from box
- incorrect cooking instructions
- portions of ingredients didn't match cooking instruction.
- cooking instructions missing from box
- rotting vegetables sent multiple times
To add to this their customer service is abominable. Slow to respond and constant follow up needed for refund requests. Sometimes tickets just got ignored. No actual phone number is given so everything is email only.
They would also change the meals you had selected without telling you.
They changed the portions and prices without telling you.
They charged $65 for shipping a box for a family of 4 to a major US city.
They have some nice meals and if you want organic ingredients they are basically the only game in town and thats why I gave them so long but I just couldn't take it any longer.
I do not recommend you waste you time or money here.
