It was a error from me ! I sent a message that was too short, so now I understand the person's reaction better.

OneSixthKit aka KIT CHEN is the most trustworthy and reliable seller for me personally. I have had nothing but good interactions with him. When a figure came with a scratched head sculpt (nose of Gus Fring was damaged) he immediately contacted Mars Toys and issued a replacement head sculpt to me. Treat Kit with respect and Kit treats you with respect.
Second example: Customs were slow with an INART Joaquin Joker 2 Pack (out of Kit's control) - but Kit and I had e-mailed back and forth and he assisted me along the way with updates. I lost count how many figures I have gotten from Kit and how many I still have on pre-order but I know I'm in good hands and that's why I continue to do my business with OneSixthKit.

Kit (onesixthkit) owner is on Facebook and many collectible groups, as part of the community. As such, ignore bots and rival company feedback trying to ruin things. Just search his name, see all the post and comments (positive)

Kit has a very dry sense of humour and very traditional (to the point, old morales) and once you understand that, his a real joy and an amazing part of the community. Ordered over 30 plus items, Heck might be 50 plus now, but no issues, one of the first to get releases. Good seller.

I bought a figure months ago. Unfortunately, the body was of such poor quality that one leg fell off immediately, and the second shortly after. Although you can reattach the legs, they fall off again immediately.
I complained about the figure, and they promised to take care of the problem.
After several inquiries that yielded no results, I was told today, upon further inquiry, that I was a fraud and that the damage was fake. I was insulted and abused!
NEVER AGAIN!

Had a preorder since June 2024. As of March 21,2025 no date in sight for product, he claims manufacturer has not told him eta. Original ETA was October 2024. I was actually asking for more info and questioning why it is taking so long. He told me it is VGT not him and I should wait. I said when does it get to a point where this may never come. He then banned me cutoff my account and refused to refund my deposit. It was only $8 but it is principle and his attitude was terrible. I was very civil and was not mean he just didn’t like questions. I did apologize but no response. I’m very patient waiting for stuff. Maybe language issue or him just being a bit of a jerk. I would not recommend especially when doing a preorder.

I ordered the Dexter figure recently! Was out of stock almost everywhere else but one sixth had it :) Seller communicated well and there was only a few day wait for supplier to get stock in, kept me upto date and shipping was fantastic as I was able to track the whole journey from start to finish.
It was packaged well and I would deffo recommend and use again. Lovely experience from start to finish! now as someone who has never had a 1.6 figure before I’ve gotta research and figure out how to change hands and head without it breaking but lots of information online. Thankyou again so much for getting this to me safely. I always read reviews before I buy and I saw some not so great ones but in my experience the seller was wonderful!

My first time getting an expensive collectible, and Kit is definitely a great seller. Very clear and easy ordering process, good prices, already got my hands on the new Dexter figure while all the other online stores still don't even have it in stock, delivered to Germany in a week in very good packaging, 5/5 from me.

I've bought many things from onesixthkit.com, have always gotten everything that I've ordered in speedy fashion, and I've always been a loyal customer of theirs. Until one instance with them when Kit Chen behaved in an unprovoked rude manner with me. I pre-ordered a head sculpt with them on January 12, 2024. On September 12, 2024 I found out that the manufacturing company was having problems mass producing their head sculpts, so I kindly asked Kit Chen for a refund or store credit to buy something else on his website, but he refused. His exact words were, "Deposit not transferable. We will refund you the deposit if any preorder item is cancelled but it is not your decision, you 'think' it won't happen doesn't mean it won't happen." It's been 1 year, I still don't have the head sculpt, and there's been no follow up from Kit.

Unfortunately, what they say is true, but thanks to reading the reviews here, I managed to save my pre order deposit while I still could. Took Paypal 10 minutes to refund me, which is probably because they had many issues with him already. And all is accurate, he started cursing in his replies to me. The only difference is, I eat people like him for breakfast, so I am not alarmed. But he did encourage me to write this review. And like everyone is saying, the scammer started cursing in his replies. Funny guy.

The seller gave me strange answers regarding a pre ordered item that is sold out (the pre orders of this very limited 500 pieces item sold out as you can see at Sideshow's website.
For a minute i thought this seller has secured some items during pre sale, but his reply was strange (i can keep ordering as many as i want). You can also go to his website and add 1000 pieces to the cart, even though only 500 were made.
After searching a little more, i found out many complained about him and he keeps pre orders payments which he never refunds.
I learn from another collector PayPal has opened an investigation about him.

I pre-ordered Inarts Superman with OneSixthKit over a year ago which was very straightforward to do. Upon release after a few weeks I received an invoice to pay the rest which I did on the same day, and the package was shipped out the next day, and arrived safely to my door over a week later. I couldn’t praise OneSixthKit enough for the easy process of getting the figure and it being sent so swiftly, would highly recommend!

Enquired about a product on the site via email and got a reply within a day. Ordered the day after
.. It arrived in the UK within a week. Great service, already ordered another product 👏

PayPal says they’ve opened an investigation after I forwarded the email chain, along with the cancellation emails where Kit Chen dared me to chase PayPal for my pre-order deposits. I don’t hold out much hope for my $200, but the PayPal service rep told me that if they receive enough complaints, they will suspend a company’s account pending further investigation. It’s important as well to include the original pre-order agreement. I’d urge anyone who has experienced this to keep trying… not just to get your money back, but to protect further victims. We’re not helpless :)

UPDATE: After I sent an enquiry to Paypal about him deIeting my account, and reading other reviews where he refused to refund pre-order deposits after he canceled their orders, he canceled everything and will not give me back my deposits. Which means he's stolen over $200 from me. Please be careful when dealing with this person... he has anger issues and is a thief.

Ihad an issue with him recently as well… though never with his products, which ship super fast and arrive in good condition. I had sent him a super friendly email asking if it was possible to change a pre-order to a different figure. In my email I said I totally understood if it wasn’t possible, but thought I’d ask. He was rude at first, then went into rage mode when I said there was no need to be rude as I had been very friendly and understanding. It was quite alarming. After lobbing more insults at me, he then closed my account, which had 5 pre-orders on it, with no refund of my deposits… I’m hoping he’ll still fulfill the orders so I don’t lose over 200 dollars in deposits, but of course I have no recourse if he doesn’t, as he’s in China and I’m in North America. He threatened to post our email exchange in his FB page, and I told him he absolutely had my permission to do so… I had said nothing wrong. At one point I tried to mollify him, saying that I knew he was a good businessman, and that it must be frustrating to deal with customers, but it seemed to make him even angrier. Finally I asked him to stop emailing me. I’ve bought many figures from him in the past, and was alarmed at his behaviour this time. I guess if you stay on his good side all is well, but if he gets upset things (as noted by other reviewers) get really ugly.

Quick response: my email was 4 sentences long, not an essay and certainly not a demand Also, playing the racist card when I note that, as I live in North America and he in China, I have no recourse, is a little silly :)

Ordered an item and it literally shipped within an hour. Arrived to Australia pretty quickly and packed securely. So happy, especially given I've been looking for this item forever and the price was pretty reasonable! Definitely a new favourite store for 1/6 figures now. Thank you for making my entire year!!

Onesixthkit is the absolute worst. Pray you do not have an issue with an order. Not only will you be met with rude comments but just down right hateful replies. He thinks he is a god among toy collectors and will sick his jock riding minions on you if you call him out for his trash customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Great company to deal with. Have used this company a few times for figures that are harder to get hold of in the UK. Now use them for other figures as such as Hot toys as well. They are well priced, packing is excellent and and the speed is great considering where they are coming from.
I believe that some people give negative reviews because they either blame them for manufacturing delays or they have not read the terms and conditions properly..... The owner then tells them straight, which they take offence to:-)

Personally One Sixth Kit has climbed into my top 3.

I asked costumer service to please help me by extending the due date of my invoice so I can afford to pay it, but they denied without any intention of helping with the situation, what a horrible costumer service, the name of the person who denied my petition is Kit.

Kit is one of the best sellers out there. He is loved by the community as well for his good reputation and engagement. All my orders with him were fulfilled and as he is a trusted seller, I started to have more and more pre-orders through him. He is also very fast to reply to enquiries through email.

Sixgh scale gandalf precommanded more than 1 year ago. Sended and never received. Shipping and tracking problematic. Messages sended to seller. Answered at the beginning and not anymore after a while. Tracking definitely localizing item in Germany. Seller doesn't care anymore. I got my money back thanks the honesty of paypal but lost my deposit. Avoid this irresponsible seller
