By far the rudest customer service I have ever received. This man should not be in business working with actual customers. He may have a product that is decent, but HE is not decent. Name calling, sarcasm, straight up shady business practices. Avoid at all costs.

Kit is a crook. He's a snake salesman & you'll find out that his customer service is literally some of the worst & rudest anywhere. You will regret going to him. It may not be on your first purchase but he treats his customers rudely & he's so disrespectful. Once he has your deposit he'll treat you like dirt. Whatever you do don't ask what the status of your order is. I placed mine 1 1/2 to 2 years ago & then sent him a polite email just to verify the status. Mind you I had no communication for nearly 2 years with him & he responds with 2 words "NO UPDATES"

When I asked him if I said something that offended him he only became more irate & insulting. He'll also curse you out.

For any one that doesn't believe my review try what I said very politely for yourself & see how he responds. He'll also encourage you to take it up with PayPal if you're not happy so he can cancel your order without your permission & keep your deposit.

Please be aware of this before dealing with him. He says reputation is all that matters but you'll soon find out it's a lie.

To the customer that stated Kit closed his account & stole his money he did the same to me.

Based on what you just stated. I have no confidence that you'll send my product out after it's paid in full.

You don't give updates but you'll take the time to say I was next in line for a "free gift" & then tell me that you're glad that you didn't send mine out to me.

I try to be understanding, Kit. If I had known you were going to treat me this poorly just for an update of an order, I'd have never emailed you about it.

I get that you get upset about people asking all the time for news/updates. Until the last day, you didn't hear from me for a year & a half!

Then your response : "NO update" . With just the word NO in all capital letters.

I still have the majority of this order to pay for and you're telling me that I'm supposed to get something that you're not going to send me. Then you bid me farewell.

Why should I trust you'll deliver on my order after all of this?

Why else would a merchant say this?

Why would a seller play those games with you if not to hurt you? I was polite the entire time I dealt with Kit. Again, He'll do whatever he can to get your deposit and then he'll be as rude and dishonest with you as he wants.

If you want your money stolen and to have a nightmare experience from an overseas seller, then Kit is your guy.

The people at GIANTOY are friendly, helpful, have great prices, and won't treat you like crap. Support them, you won't regret it as with OSK/Kit.

He can't read PayPal transactions correctly either. I sent him proof that PayPal didn't refund my deposit. He'll treat you however he wants to, once he gets your deposit. He can close your account anytime he chooses and you're at the mercy of an evil overseas merchant. You'll be out of luck!

I'd also like to say that I had about four orders with Kit. You may think you're safe as I did. 3 out of 4 were okay, he was still rude, but I overlooked it because of the language barrier. He's a thief!!

I'm not the first he's treated this way. He said he'd honor any existing orders I had but he canceled them & locked me out of my account to his site. He doesn't understand & doesn't care about any of his customers This is a game he plays to steal your deposit. He's a thief. He's a liar. He's profane. He shouldn't have any contact w/ people. He's Dishonorable!

Kit lies, & he will twist the story. He's very bitter about helping people.

Please do your research people. Look him up on Google. You'll see people having similar experiences to mine.

I have proof from my bank & PayPal that I don't have a refund, but he can't understand. Take plenty of screenshots because he'll close your account & cancel your orders. Kit is an evil merchant with no care for his customers.

He is rude and spiteful for a reason. He wants you to regret your order & contact PayPal. DON'T TRUST HIM & GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT!!

KIT at OSK stole my deposit & closed my account because he can't handle anyone asking about an order..PERIOD.

It was almost 2 years & I asked him if my order was still valid & he freaked out!

I have proof he has my money. He knows it. He canceled my order, stole my money, and closed my account!

KIT, if I gave you proof of my payment, what would it change? You have no honor!

Kit has always gone above and beyond for me, highly recommended.

I have been buying from OSK for about 7 years only ever had a problem twice and it was dealt with very quickly, I received a pair of glasses for Hot Toys T800 which where damaged on arrival contacted kit he sent me out a replacement straightaway, then just recently I received my RM Dracula the head sculpt had a slight paint chip, contacted kit & he organized a replacement head sculpt within a few days this is the reason I keep coming back to OSK you get a response very quickly to inquires, items are well packaged and shipping is super fast, a great service overall.

Unprofessional and rude. When you inquire as to the status of your order and why it's overdue by a year, he demands you chase down his suppliers on their social profiles. I told him I would no longer support his business and he threw a fit, and has since stolen my money and shut down my account. Support the actual artists, avoid letting this middleman take a piece of their sales.

EDIT: Please refer to his response for the kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness you can expect in dealing with him. I have provided all of the required information to TrustPilot and this seller. He has since cancelled orders and confirmed he will not be returning any money.

I've been collecting for atleast 35 years and have been buying from kit since 2010 I gotta say for as long as I can remember I have never had an issue with the service I'm provided.

One Sixth Kit was my first foray into purchasing third party 1/6 figs and accessories from overseas direct. Gotta say the best experience I could have asked for. Great communication, prompt shipping and a solid reputation in the 1/6 community will have me back picking up more. Thanks Kit!

I have bought many figures parts and accessories through Kit. He is hands down the best seller I have ever dealt with. The selection is incredible and shipping is fast and products well packaged. The few times I’ve had any issues kit was able to get me taken care of by reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf and getting me replacements in no time. As long as you are honest and above board with him he doesn’t hesitate to help in any way he can. Plus he usually has the best prices plus free shipping. I recommend Kit to anyone in the 1/6 community without hesitation.

I've been ordering from Onesixthkit since 2019 now and wont be stopping anytime soon. Kit has the best prices and offers free worldwide shipping so I never need to price check multiple sites when pre ordering as I know i will always go back and place my orders with him. I've had over 150 orders arrive from Kit over the last 5 years (plus 50+ pre orders still active) and I've NEVER had an issue that hasn't been resolved. Every order arrives between 6-10 days from China to the UK, no problems and straight to my door with Royal Mail. All packages are packaged with bubble wrap and corner protectors, inside a very rigid box. Cherry on top is that Kit includes a coupon scratch card inside every package, so always a chance you could get some money off a future order which is nice.. this is on top of the reward points that you get for every order. It's a great system and a great community to be a part of tbh. One of the best sellers out there. Even though I am in Europe most of my orders are from Osk as they arrive fast (and with free shipping) via post. They have always shipped the items like 1-2 days after payment and the box is packaged safely and protected with those tough plastic corners. At the moment I write this review I have had 57 orders with them - and never had an issue. 100% recommend.
