The shipping took long time to arrive, when it finally arrived I had to pay to the UPS mailman 50$ do to an international tax.
On your website you don't specify that you are in Canada and that I'll receive extra charges. I should receive a refund for that tax.

Complete mess. After a month or my order bouncing between Canada and the United States, it just never arrived. Emailed Onespex multiple times requesting an explanation, refund, ANYTHING, and they just completely ghosted me, never responding. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I loved the product but the delivery was way to long and kept getting delayed.

I was looking far and wide for a particular OGI frame that was attractive and perfectly fit my face (which isn't easy to do -- given close set eyes, I'm somewhere between adult and child sizes in frames). Unfortunately, the frame was no longer made by the original company and I couldn't find it anywhere, but happily I found the frame on Onespex. The price was right, so I ordered a couple of pairs (in different colors), and my package arrived today. I would definitely recommend Onespex.

Onespex had the frames i wanted, at a good price and were able to dispatch them quickly.
There was one pair missing from the original dispatch and this was rectified quickly and satisfactorily.

First of all I was thrilled to find these discontinued glasses, I had been searching everywhere for them. Shipping was done in a timely manner. Glasses were perfect.
