5* service from OneStop as always. We recently had our annual boiler service. They send a nice reminder and helped us book in at a convenient day. We tend to see the same engineer each time. Not sure if this is by accident or design but Darren is a lovely guy to have in our house. He’s friendly, polite, efficient, leaves no mess and is kind to our dog.

Can’t rate the guys at OneStop highly enough. Excellent workmanship, great communication. Did what they said, when they said for the price they quoted. Very happy and will definitely use them again.

I asked Jason and his team to conduct an inspection, service and certification on the boiler in a house I’m in the process of buying, and they couldn’t have been better. Indeed, within 24 hours of my having made contact (via email at 8.30am on a Monday – and Jason got back to me within half an hour) they’d liaised with the estate agent, collected the keys, serviced the unit in question, and sent me a detailed report.

Swift, polite, in the know and competitively priced, I can’t recommended One Stop Plumbing & Heating enough.

Fixed a toilet flush. Responded quickly and fixed with no problems

Once again I have nothing but praise for One Stop, Jason and Darren! We contacted Jason on Wednesday to say we had a problem with our toilet and by midday on Thursday it was fixed. Darren was as professional and friendly as before, happy to answer my endless questions! He was extremely careful removing the toilet from the wall and put everything back as it was before. We know that when we contact One Stop we will have the worry taken out of the whole process. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

JOB WELL DONE

Initially I booked for a boiler service because it was not working adequately. The appointment was set up for the next day & Jason arrived promptly as planned. He diagnosed the problem and explained what the problem was.

He was Courteous and gave me options to rectify the problem.

I weighed up the pros & cons & decided for a new boiler. This was arranged for a week later. His 2 men - Darren & John arrived promptly on the day & fitted the new boiler. The work was to take whole day but they did this by early afternoon. They were Courteous, consoderate and helpful. They took pride in their work.

Booked my boiler for a service. On the day, i got a text letting me know when Jason would be arriving. Jason was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Job was done very quickly. I am very happy with the service.

Had a re-pipe of the house with 3 new radiators installed. Good communication: they listen to customers, understand their needs, and explain very well the different options. They fixed noisy pipework at my house and I'm very satisfied with the work done.

Really happy with the fantastic service provided by One Stop Boiler. They were professional and friendly throughout. They offered lots of options for fixing or replacing our boiler and made everything clear. The whole process was quick and efficient. We had a replacement boiler within days of booking.
