Serviced Boiler and Fitted a Smart Thermostat:

One Stop provided a first class service straight from the beginning. They contacted us very quickly and also kept us informed of what time they would be arriving and texted beforehand to let us know they were on their way. They provided us with a 1st class service and did everything that we requested to very high standard. Genuinely pleased with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.

One stop got back to me with in 1 hour of my enquiry they were very courteous and professional would highly recommend.

I've had one stop boilers carryout 2 jobs at our property and I cannot recommend them enough, great service from start to finish and will be using them for all plumbing jobs in the future.

Fantastic professional company. Fast response and repair. Reasonably priced and quote was spot on. Honest opinion about work needing doing and that it may not be all work needing done. Boiler up and running again in less than a week from first contact. Jason was very polite and professional. Will be using again when due a service and if any other work is ever needed

Our hot water stopped working so we found these guys online. Jason came and did the initial assessment, was very thorough in explaining the issues and what he would recommend. Communication from the company was excellent throughout this week.
We then had two engineers out today, Darren and Jon, to fit our new boiler. Absolutely cannot fault them for the hard work they put in, the commitment to ensuring everything was perfect and we were happy, and special mention to how patient and responsive they were to my little boy who wanted to get involved. Wouldn't go elsewhere now, we will be having annual services from these guys moving on. Thank you for the amazing work.

Had a Honeywell smart thermostat fitted and a boiler service by Jason. He made sure the thermostat was working and took the time to show me how to use it. Excellent service.

Jason came out at soon as he could to investigate the issue with our boiler. He explained in simply terms the issues and the best options to take going forward. Booked us in as soon as they could and then Darren & Job came and installed a new boiler. Took great care of the property, kept me updated throughout the day and ensured I was happy and understood everything before they left. Jason also came out again to follow up an issue with one of the radiators. Top company that go the extra mile, decent honest guys, trustworthy and offer excellent value for money considering the customer service and professionalism provided. Would highly recommend, now my go too company for all other plumbing jobs.

Called pretty late about boiler issue and phone was answered quickly. After a quick call and a phew photos, the issue was located and a callout booked. Great communication and the professional knew his stuff, definitely will be using these guys again but hope not to!

My boiler was making funny noises, so i got in touch with one stop boilers, I got a prompt reply from them over they new year. They where out within 48hrs, sorted problem at reasonable cost. Boiler now working properly, will definitely use again.

We had the guys over to give us a quote for removing our old back-boiler/immersion heater and then installing a new combi. They quoted a very reasonable price, as well as visiting us before booking to ensure there wasn't anything that was going to catch us/them out completing the job.

There was constant communication from the guys, making sure we were happy and included in every decision along the way. We weren't staying in the property at the time that the work was being completed, but I was able to let them in both mornings and leave them knowing I could trust them to complete the job to a great standard.

I would (and will) 100% recommend OneStop to anyone in need of a reasonably priced, yet top standard, boiler replacement service.

Excellent service, punctual and trustworthy. Our boiler broke over new year and they came to us as soon as possible to sort. Also, they were happy enough to fix our old boiler whereas most weren’t interested. As it turned out though it wasn’t feasible to repair old one and we replaced with their recommendations. I will definitely use them again.
