Useless company re communications and system of ordering. Ordered two hoses, paid on line order confirmed. Paid for next day delivery email received same day to confirm parcel was shipped. Never turned up. After several attempts to call got thru. Was told they tried calling next day despite me stating I would not be around but left no message on ansa machine or emailed. Was told email saying shipped was automatic…. Really. Why would you do that. No tracking number. Got refund would never buy from this company again. Poor unprofessional communications

Got what I needed promptly & at a fair price.

Will happily use again.

Multiple emails trying to organise a return after receiving an unsuitable product. They never responded to any emails. Tried multiple phone calls, sometimes they picked up and say someone will call back and never do. Finally got authorisation and address to return. Returned item and after multiple further phone calls chasing received a cheque for the refund through the post more than 30 days after the return. Deposited the cheque in my account and it bounced. Back to square one two months after original request to return.

My next email was responded to very quickly and the correct goods arrived 2 days later. Good quality.

These guys don't provide an order confirmation after placing an order and no delivery expectation either. They do take the money straight away though. I think they need to look at Consumer Law on two points there. The only thing I got was an email asking for a review before the order was received. That always makes me nervous. If you try to email them it says 48 hours but I emailed them anyway. My order did turn up but was very underwhelming. It wasn't in the merchandisable packaging but just 40 strips thrown into a carton with a ripped up delivery note. The product doesn't look great quality. Even though they are individual without packing there were no screws included or instuctions or guarantee or anything. The product should be grey but looks slightly brown. A sign of things to come? Some were bent/curved so couldn't be straightened. Not a good experience overall. This company seems a bit like the online auctions type seller and needs to professionalise itself. For a £100+ order I would not consider this good value for money at all.

Ordered from here Monday 3rd October, money taken from my account Tuesday 4th October. No confirmation email so I phoned them Thursday 6th October & was told my order had been dispatched on the 4th & should arrive shortly. One week later & still no email & still no order.

Product OK, but not great ('buy cheap, buy twice' springs to mind) Some eyelets are in the wrong place and some broke off on first use.

Never received full stock.. They send stocks in parts. Delivery time is too much 2 to 3 weeks.

Bad experience, no received package, no answers from that firm after 3 mails.

Didn’t think that we would ever find cabinet hinges for my 1960’s cabinet. Great price and quick delivery. Thank you
