Received the wrong items. My first email about the error received no response at all. My next email was responded to very quickly and the correct goods arrived 2 days later. Good quality.
Product arrived as discirbed and on time. No communication though to say it had been despatched and on its way.
No issues with purchase process. Product OK, but not great ('buy cheap, buy twice' springs to mind) Some eyelets are in the wrong place and some broke off on first use.

Beware, and use PayPal for protection
I received a product that was different to the description on the website. Emailing the company didn't get any response so I had to get a refund via a PayPal dispute.

Worst quality ever received
Ordered picture rail hangers. It is honestly the worst quality I have ever received from any online shop. Wish I could upload pictures. Out of 12 picture hangers 11 are full of rust, welding/soldering marks or whatever it is.
Contacted them for refund no reply.
