No response to customer enquires
No response to customer enquires via website or eBay. Postage charges do not differ between different purchases so a 10cm x10cm sample cost £1+£3.99 postage for a sample? As if it would ever cost that to post 2nd class within the UK

I am so worried
I am so worried. I have phoned, e-mailed, Whatsapped, on line chatted and no-one answers. This place has taken £111 from my account and I haven't received my fabric which I need asap. They responded to my last review by saying they had sent fabric and contact them if I don't receive as it may be lost. How? I have tried every way. I can't find an address or I would go there. Please help me.

Great choice
Great choice, great prices, super quick despatch and delivery...unfortunately the colours online aren't all that accurate so didn't really match what arrived, which was a shame. It's tricky with colours and monitors though, so not really a critisism of the service.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I have still not received my order nor the update on it that I was supposed to receive last Monday. I have no alternative now but to request a refund so I can go elsewhere as I need to make up the fabric before Christmas.

Shocking service...
I ordered 6 meters of taffeta for an upcoming project, I only received 5 1/2 meters. I sent two emails,messaged them for the online chat WhatsApp group and rang ,but no response. So disappointing, when you buy something and pay for it you you expect to receive what you've ordered.. Won't be using them again.
