Absolutely love this place to order materials from. Customer service is fabulous and any issues I have had (my fault not theirs) Have been dealt with quickly and swiftly and put my mind to ease straight away. Literally cannot wait for my next project so I can order more material. Super quick delivery! Placed order on the Thursday night and it arrived the Saturday afternoon! Fabric is amazing quality.

Our order didn't arrive which was urgently needed for a school play but spoke to them on the phone, extremely considerate, and they arranged a new order with next day delivery - saved the day!

I bought 3 mtrs of lining fabric from this company and on recieving it (very quickly) thought that they had only sent one mtr. I contacted the company and spoke the a guy named Paul and he was very concerned that they had made a mistake and promised to find out the cause, He apologised for the mistake and sent 3 mtrs of the fabric, by return post. On recieving it, I realised, to my horror, that I'd not unfolded the original order, properly and Yes, they had sent the correct length in the original order! I immediately contacted Paul, with a grovelling apology which he generously accepted, saying 'This happens all the time' Lovely man and great service. Highly recommended.

Fabric arrived safely, well packed and promptly. Beautifully soft and the colours were totally as expected, and the fabric is wonderful to work with. My my first order, and will certainly not be my last!

I chose the wrong fabric which was not thick enough for the project in mind ( canopy for a garden swing)
I cheekily sent an email saying this , even though I know that usually once a fabric length is cut for you that's it , But Paul replied so promptly and said that was not a problem!!! I could send it back for refund and he even sent advice on what would be suitable as he's aware that it's difficult when buying online.
GREAT!!!! couldn't be more pleased.
As soon as refund comes through I will order the other stuff
