Good choice, quick service, my sunglasses were excellent but my other glasses the arms were a little too straight, but I can live with that.

Was apprehensive ordering varifocal re-glazing online, never done this before, always used the highstreet but can advise it was a doddle.
Sent old frames in , they took the pupil measurements from the old lenses and made the new prescription lenses.
New lenses work a treat and I saved a few hundred pounds over highstreet prices quoted.

Market-beating price on the frame I selected, very fast delivery, solid, well-presented packaging. That was my experience... Will use again and happy to recommend to others.

The glasses are very good and service was great very fast. The only criticisms I have is there isn't any where to pick the length of the arms and I having a big head the distance between eyes was a bit short

Mail order service:
I got a pair of single vision reglazed, and it also has transition Xtractive coating on them. The service was efficient. The e-mail communication was a hit and miss. I didn't always get a reply.
I also tried to reglaze a pair of varifocal glasses to new eye prescription. That didn't work at all. In the end, I got all the money back. It was a good try, even though time consuming.
For mail order, I think their service is best if you only need single vision lenses.
