Severral pairs of glasses at sensible prices with quick service

I bought prescription designer sunglasses from my opticians and sent them to One stop glasses to be reglazed. However, within 4 weeks, they cancelled my order....I am very disappointed. They cancelled and then never sent my glasses back to me. So they basically stole my £100+ worth of property. I have tried to contact them numerous times via email and phone, but they just ignore. Communication and service is very poor!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
If you are reading this, I want my glasses back!

My new varifocals are just as good as any others I’ve had. Well worth buying. I was particularly interested in a pair with clip-on sunglasses. A negative was that the website didn’t give any detail on the spec of the sunglasses so I had to enquire. The spec is actually fine. Also the photos concentrate on the sunglasses and it’s hard to see what the actual glasses look like. I don’t like the shape of the ones I want, but I am sufficiently pleased to buy another pair, particularly bearing mind the price is very reasonable

I sent in my glasses they were serviced and new lenses put in to my prescription. Ordering was easy, they even sent a box for me to send them in. Really really pleased with the service and the glasses. Can't thank you enough.

Have now purchased 2 pairs in the BeLight range and have to say I am very impressed. Not only do they look good they also feel good. Delivery was fast and packaging was more than adequate. On top of that the super thin lenses are great. Will definitely be using this company again.

For an online company the level of personal service was great. It was more like dealing with a local family business who happen to be on line. They helped me get my prescription right when the details weren't exactly like the online form. And when the glasses were late arriving because of problems with the manufacturer, they prioritised my order with different manufacturer and they arrived a couple of days later. Oh and the glasses are lovely. I'm wearing them now. If I'd not had to get in contact about the delay it'd be better, but this was a great online shopping experience so I'm giving 5 stars anyway.

Lenses were no-where near as dark as I thought they would be. I did raise this with Onestopglasses but never received a reply.
