Great experience with online one stop glasses !
Online uploaded my prescription and had a Reglaze on a pair of much needed sunglasses.
Price was calculated at point of ordering and payment was easy and confirmation received very quickly.
Great communication at every point of the transaction, and the end result was perfect too.
Very pleased with all aspects of the service and the staff who emailed me were lovely , very personable and professional at the same time.

After losing my specs at a function and realising that a high street replacement pair would be hundreds of pounds and not be what I wanted (half rim reading glasses I can look over the top of for distance), I went on line and found the frames I wanted at OneStopGlasses. All in (frames/lenses/delivery) - £60! Seriously! Frames are great quality, and I've had zero problems since receiving them. I've clearly been ripped off for years on the high street, and will be straight back to OneStopGlasses should my prescription change.

I ordered some varifocals from One Stop Glasses and when they arrived they were not quite right. I contacted OSG and Nathan responded to me quickly and efficiently. I ended up sending my glasses back for amendment and they were very quickly returned and are now great.

I broke the side arm of my everyday glasses and was therefore unable to fold them after a bodged repair. I found the identical frames online from One stop glasses for a very low price and so ordered them.
They came in less than three days and so I transferred the lenses from the broken frames to the new ones.
I'm very pleased with the prompt service from One Stop Glasses which got me out of a difficult situation.
I would use them again without hesitation.
