Good quality rimless glasses at very reasonable price
The service was good - and the delivery from order was 5 days
Who could as for more!

Firstly, I do need to apologise to OneStopGlasses because I did have a problem with the lens, but they did work hard to resolve the prescription issue, so they should rightly be proud about their customer service. I’m still not sure where the prescription issue went wrong, but they did all they could to resolve it so I’ve changed my review to a 5 Star rating so future customers can buy in confidence.

Ordered 2 pairs, one pair great, the other pair had one lens ok but the other was totally wrong prescription , still for £9 a pair not worth following up !

I just think the lens are a bit small for varifocalls

As usual, personal, polite and fast. Great price and quality of product, would recommend in a heartbeat.

I hadn't heard anything three days after my order was placed, other than the automated order confirmation, so I emailed to check that the order was received OK and that the company wasn't suffering from COVID lockdown problems.

I received a prompt, helpful and courteous reply, saying the frames I ordered had come in from their supplier in the wrong colour and offering me a choice of the alternative colour, waiting for the original colour & having a complimentary pair to tide me over, or a refund.

I chose to wait. The complimentary pair was made up and sent that day, arrived next day and the prescription was spot on. The proper pair arrived within the stated time and was also spot on.

So despite the initial small delay, the subsequent service was so good that I'm happy to give five stars and to recommend OneStopGlasses.

My dad snapped his glasses while in hospital. I found the same frame on one stop web site and they delivered it to me the next day for my local place to fit the old lenses.
AMAZING price, Super fast deliver and excellent service when I called them.

This was my second order. Same frames as the first but using polychromatic lenses.

This is my second pair of prescription reading glasses from OneStopGlasses and I love this pair too. They are good quality, there's a nice range of frames, superfast service and the most luxurious cleaning cloth I've ever held in my hand!

I've bought my glasses from OneStopGlasses for many years now - and there's a good reason - thier service is top-notch, their prices are competitive, and they have the frames and lenses I like, but just as importantly, the advice they've provided when I've contcted them with questions has been superb. Can't fault them.

I always buy my glasses here and have done for over ten years now. I always buy the rimless glasses which are really well made, light weight and very reasonably priced.

Now that I can see the stars, 5 plus.
