Needed a temporary rear number plate for my caravan. Started an online order. Put registration details in all good. Got to the payment process to and paid. Got an email stating that no number plate would be processed until all correct documentation was sent over to them. As I had only just bought the car and had no V5 or any other document. As I'd ordered as a guest and there was no way to cancel the order.
Although I'd not sent any documents to them, they still went and completed the order.
I think you need to practice what you preach. You can't say Numberplates will not be manufactured until received then make them. Now have 2 number plates for a reg I don't have on my car no more. Cap it off I ordered on 1st of April. More fool me.
No point using their contact info or emailing as they don't respond to it.

Ordered a product just shy of a month ago. Haven’t received the parcel yet, not due to them, but to Royal Mail delivering it to the wrong address.

However upon seeking assistance from them, which they are liable to do until I receive the product, they dismissed me and said it was my fault for putting in the wrong address (I did not). Further since they have offered zero help, I am out of pocket and have no number plates.

This is the 4th time I’ve used this company. Very professional and friendly staff. Kept me up to date with the progress of my orders without me having to ask. I’ve had business cards, number plates, magnetic van signs and personal signs made and all have been of very high end quality.

The plates came with them advertising their company in very large font. Not at all like the pictures shown on the website.
Very misleading and shocking customer service, ignoring emails and being very rude on the phone. Avoid..

Surprised to see so many negative comments, but I suppose it’s ‘Speak as you find’. I must say I’m very pleased with the 4D plates I received, Although not fitted as yet they do seem to be of high quality and look really nice. The ordering process was quick and easy and the order was received within a few days.

Ordered one of the new trailer plates required for Europe. Firstly they sent the wrong colour. Secondly it’s the wrong size and thirdly they have ignored my emails for 2 weeks. I have demanded a refund but I doubt very much if I will receive one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Further to their reply - the order acknowledgement clearly confirms that I ordered a DVLA 8 digit trailer plate. If you don’t know what that is you shouldn’t be in business.
So you don’t know what a DVLA 8 digit trailer plate is? If you claim to know please advise what it is.

Ordered a stick-on plate and followed all their requirements (even sent V5C documents). Paid extra for tracked 24/48h delivery, but after multiple follow-ups it finally arrived a week and a half later — completely wrong! Missing the last three letters of my registration, despite them having the official documents.

They sent out another plate… again wrong, this time with the last three letters mixed up. Eventually I managed to get a refund, but only after wasting time and effort.

Customer service was appalling — Chris was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Definitely not how you run a business. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Avoid!

I tried this company from the myriad of shops out there. That bit was pure luck. From then on my experience was an excellent one! I had a particular requirement and the guys could not have been more helpful and came up with a good solution. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Many thanks!

Absolute garbage. Ordered and paid for a plate a month ago. Even called to check documentation. Now no reply to email or phone. Not recommended

I came across this company whilst looking for some new registration plates (I ordered 4D, with a black border, country badge with green EV background). Anyway, my order confirmation arrived instantly with instructions on where to send proof of ownership etc. I had to call them up as my email wouldn't send the documents & it turned out I only needed to send 2 photos, one of the front of my Driving Licence & one of the front of my V5 (Log Book).

Following on from this my order arrived within 2 days of ordering.

I'm so pleased with the quality & look of the plates for the price.

The only little thing I would mention is that the screw kit that I bought are a little flimsy & I used the original ones I already had fitted with the car. A tiny gripe but please don't let this deflect from the overall quality & price of the plate & the great service, as I can't fault this. 👍😊

Sent an enquiry a few weeks ago via social media for a set of number plates. Never heard anything back, and unable to get hold of anybody.

UPDATE: Several months later...

A couple of the characters have started to peel away and curl up. I only wash by hand, with cold water, I have never used an automatic wash. I revise my review down to 2 stars. Yes, cheap, easy to order and quick delivery, perfect if you are sprucing up a vehicle for resale, but for long term use? Nah. Are the plates rubbish? No, just they arrived scratched, with rough edges and are started to peel off in about 6 months and the accessories are trash quality.

So, you know, be advised accordingly.

Should be 2 and a half stars. Ordering online was easy, sending documents was easy, plates arrived quite quickly. However.

DON'T buy the rip off adhesive strips, these aren't thick 3M VHB, just a few pence worth of the cheapest, most useless, 1mm thick foam tape, scam.

DON'T buy the screw set either, super cheap screws and they give you TWO per plate,not four, again, you are paying pounds for items worth pennies.

The plates. Lol. Came in thin cardboard sleeves, my acrylic set had zero internal wrapping, hence both plates came scratched with multiple 3 inch long scratches to both plates. Nice.

The 3D gel set was also marked but for the extra money they put in a thin strip of bubble wrap. These plates had burrs and rough edges, certainly not what you would expect.

So. Yes, they do send out plates pretty quickly and ordering was easy, but no, don't bother buying their cheap fixing kits and don't buy if you want to receive goods that are undamaged and refined.

These are the worst quality plates I have ever bought, luckily not the highest price, but if I had known the quality, I would of gone somewhere else.

If you want cheap plates in a hurry to sell a vehicle maybe give them a try, if you want to upgrade your plates and want a high quality item, maybe look around elsewhere.

I bought a 3D gel number plate from this company as it seems to be one of the only few I can find that allow you to select a border colour. The pricing is a little more than the average 3D gel number plate, but I bit the bullet due to really wanting a border colour.

The experience was good, as I received my plates next day with Royal Mail's "Tracked 24" service after sending my driving license and V5 to the company.

The plates are great quality and so are the 3D gels, but for the price I paid I expected the lettering to be placed a little more neatly. On both plates the spacing is good but the whole row looks slightly slanted and some letters were not perfectly straight. Perhaps I'm being too fussy, but for the price paid I just expected it to be without flaws.

Quality of the actual plates is the best I have ever seen

The ordering process was fairly easy. I received a confirmation email on the day I ordered. Plates arrived within 48 hours of ordering and they look good. I recommend this company!
