FANTASTIC !!
Lee and his colleague drove down to Essex to respray our large, dark and aged kitchen. They arrived punctual and prepared the kitchen, covering all worktops and furniture. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and were extremely professional. My kitchen looks like new, modern and up to date. I couldn’t be happier. I recommend them and will definitely use them again. They cleaned up and took away any unwanted materials.
I was worried it would look like an old kitchen painted a new colour, but it looks like a new kitchen. Thank you for revamping my dated kitchen.

This is 3rd poor review I have left online today... thinking I would take the reviews down having thought the company may have contacted myself or my partner with a better way of apologising after a disastrous morning.
We were so thrilled with all the staff in the showroom when we paid for our worktop that I left a lovely comment with photo on Facebook.
On delivery day my partner was waiting in early morning before going to work to wait for the delivery, we explained that we need the delivery to come first thing so then my partner can still go to work, the salesman Rick said the driver starts at 9am and as we don’t live that far it shouldn’t be much after and he would put a note for the driver. A week later and the delivery hadn’t arrived, spoke to the driver who had no idea of times being mentioned and our delivery was not out first. Didn’t arrive till 11.35 in which case my partner then had to loose out on a full days wages. The delivery was then missing items so he had to go back for them. Everybody makes mistakes we are all human but I am more disgusted after expressing my feelings that Rick clearly hadn’t passed on the information, or try to rectify mistakes by going above and beyond for a customer other than saying well sorry. But when you’ve lost out on a full days wages sorry just doesn’t really seem to cut it. The company was also fully aware that we had asked for a price on 50 square metres of flooring at nearly another £1000 that we were going to order once we’ve fitted or worktops, and to think that they didn’t even think about how to deal with this situation in order to keep a customer satisfied is a shame.
I think the company for future would be beat off coming up with time schedules for the customers benefit as expecting people to wait in all day at this day in age when you only deliver Monday to Friday just really doesn’t quite cut it.

Nick and Ross arrived early, protected everything not being sprayed with tape and brown paper then gave three coats of paint. The job looks great and they cleared up everything before leaving. Thank you Nick and Ross

Really poor customer service don't read emails but tell you to email anyway with changes .

Spoke to a lady, not very friendly on the phone, called for a rough price, had size and colour requirements but was directed to the website. The saying "it's good to talk" clearly isn't part of their core values. When I said this conversation isnt going very well I got the response "have you got nothing better to do" and the phone went down!

I found what i wanted with ease and spoke to One Stop direct the lady i spoke to was very helpful and informative, would use again and recommend

Only had samples sent out so far but they kindly sent me 8 free samples instead of the usual 4 that they do, which was nice of them.

I totally agree with the previous reviewers. The advice given to us from the girls in the office was fantastic! The service is impeccable from order to delivery. 5 stars to everyone thankyou so much. highly recommended!

After our kitchen fitter's circular saw had a major disagreement with our worktop at 2pm on the Friday before Christmas, Merry wasn't the first word that sprung to mind ! No worktops in our kitchen,no hob and no sink and only 2 days before Christmas day. A phone call to Howard at One Stop Worktops and a brief explanation on what had happened and the reply i got was " leave it with me but we're shut now for Christmas and everyone's gone home but I'll see what i can do and I'll ring you back in the next couple of hours " Here we go again i thought, I've heard it so many times before and so many times people let you down so why should this guy be any different. 15 minutes later the phone was ringing and Howard was shouting down the phone " Christmas has come early and Santa's on his way with a worktop on his sleigh " I couldn't believe it, Howard had arranged for one of his workers to open up his warehouse and find a worktop and then arrange for his delivery man to collect the worktop and deliver it all the way from Stockport to Blackpool ... what a Top Man. 5.30pm and the top had arrived with what i can only describe as one of the most happy and pleasant lads i have ever met. 6.30pm kitchen fitter arrived jointed and cut the worktop ( without any mishaps ) and at 9pm all was done, hob and sink was fitted the following day and all thanks to Howard and his staff. So, if you are due for new worktops give Howard a ring at One Stop Worktops and i'm sure you will be as pleased with his service and his attitude to customer satisfaction as i am. Once again Howard i wish you all the best with your business you deserve it Rob

From start to finish One Stop Worktops have been professional, curteous and above all paid attention to every detail. My builder did not measure correctly but their fabricators were all over it......potential disaster avoided with a couple of phone calls and an email - top notch!

Lauren has been amazing, the original worktop I ordered was not available so she offered me alternatives. Her choice is the perfect fit for my kitchen (and if I'm honest better than my original choice) - quality customer service.

Jack phoned to advise when delivery would take place, and true to his word arrived on time. Super friendly and cheerful, quickly placed the worktops where I needed them storing - couldn't ask for a nicer delivery man.

Overall the customer service is fantastic. Quality of the worktop is superb - better than I could have expected. Thanks guys for a brilliant service from start to finish.

Quick, straight forward, Jack the delivery chap very efficient, especially as we live in the middle of nowhere!

Second Purchase in 6 years. Competitive price, huge choice and ordering process simple. We were kept informed and the 'butt and scribe' work was fitted in to meet our tight deadline (Lauren and Charlotte) On the day Jack rang twice. Firstly to say where we were on the delivery schedule (2nd) & then when he was thirty minutes away. Impressive customer service. Thanks

When I sooke to team they were helpful but could not take order over phone as I wanted it cut. They said they needed this in writing.

When ordering found it hard to indicate I wanted worktop cut. Delivery very expensive and very inflexiable and driver was very confused
