This is the second time I’ve used Butler and the Van and, once again, the service was second to none. Steve went out of his way to go that extra mile. Always appreciated. Very hardworking and professional guy. Thanks Steve!

Perfectly friendly and do well on packing front.

Best to ask a plumber to install your washing machine as it’s now costing us a leak, plastering and flooring inspection thanks to Van Butler not installing it properly! They also asked me to keep too many bays on both days in case they were free. This again came out of my costs. No apology when I emailed about this either.

Delivered an electric double re-cliner sofa, tv stand and some small furniture, was very helpful, helped bring the sofa in and set it up

Very respectful of our property , carried the work out with skill and expertise, dismantling , moving then reassembling an adjustable bed into a friends home.
I would certainly recommend and use the company for any future work without hesitation.

We had a super king bed delivered, they brought the old bed down stairs and took the new one up stairs no easy feat as our house is quite small. Well done.

On time, polite, took shoes off at the door and took our mattress straight to our bedroom, unwrapped it and took our old one downstairs and into the garage for us. Couldn't ask for any more. Thank you!
