I had a small issue with upgrading my plan and Fehmida went above and beyond helping me on a Sunday to get it sorted out and it was sorted out in no time. Onestream has the best agents when it comes to issues they are helpful and kind. I really appreciate Fehmida's help today!

FIrst time using Onestream Live

FIrst time using Onestream Live. I set up a livestream and scheduled it for next week on YouTube, but couldn't see it in YouTube Creator. Ahmad patiently walked me through all the steps and I was able to successfully schedule and see my livestream in Creator Studio within 15 minutes. Really excellent, so happy for the assistance!!

Outstanding Support from Onestream LIVE

I recently had the pleasure once again of interacting with the customer service team at Onestream LIVE, and I can’t say enough good things about them. This team is incredibly patient, engaging, and knowledgeable. They consistently go above and beyond what you would typically expect from a customer service experience.

Whenever I had questions or encountered issues, they were quick to respond and took the time to ensure I fully understood the solutions. If there was something they didn’t have an answer for right away, they made it a priority to find the information and circled back to me promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

It’s refreshing to see such diligence and dedication in customer service. If only all aspects of life operated with this level of care and efficiency! The Onestream LIVE team has been a constant support in keeping my knowledge up to speed, and I’m grateful for their assistance. Highly recommended!

OneStream - Industry Customer Service Experts!

Ahmad, the OneStream Live Rep that assisted me in my first month of support was excellent! He was a real person in this age of artificial intelligence. He was patient, and clear. The service is cheaper than others such as RESTREAM or VIMEO, and offers more complimentary features than these competitors. Without A Doubt!

Switched from Streamyard to OneStream

Recently I have made the switch from Streamyard to OneStream due to cost, and I couldn't be happier with the change. I found out that OneStream has many more features than Streamyard at a more competitive price such as the hand raise feature and the reaction emojis/sounds. I also love the pre-loaded graphics and videos that come with OneStream, such as the "stream starting soon" videos and the cool backgrounds. I needed some help getting OneStream set up and used the "Chat with Support" feature multiple times because I had A LOT of questions and OneStream support has been SO helpful. They have fixed every problem I have had in a fast, and very polite manner. The Customer Service is the best! Special thanks to Ahmad for his patience and help to our Team getting it all working. I had a lot of questions and appreciated everything. Highly recommend OneStream!!

Fehmida from OneStream Live is the best!

I signed up with OneStreamLive 5 years ago, and never used the account. I wanted to ask about a live stream so I went to the chat for answers. Fehmida, the support agent, jumped into the discussion and solved all my questions within literally two minutes - how long does my sessions last, how to record and how to broadcast live a physical event. I am very relieved that a business like this has such a good support, and I wouldn't go with any other company.

Stay away from this service - Scam!!

My partner Salman Batt and I decided to purchase a OneStream Live subscription, hoping to use it for YouTube and Facebook. After buying it, we quickly realized it doesn’t work with either platform at all.

It’s a scam. The pre-recorded video feature doesn’t work as promised. We requested a refund, but they outright refused. To make matters worse, you can't even remove your credit card from their system, which raises serious security concerns.

Even after canceling the subscription, they still refused to give us a refund. It’s pure false advertising and a scam. Stay far away from this service!

However, please note that streaming copyrighted content is against the Terms of Service of these platforms, and it’s something beyond our control. YouTube, for example, automatically detects and removes such content, which is likely what happened in this case.

Regarding the refund, our policy clearly outlines that refunds are not initiated for accounts that violate our Terms of Service, which includes streaming copyrighted content. We understand that this may be disappointing, but it is in accordance with our policies.

As for the security of your payment details, rest assured that our platform follows industry-standard security protocols to protect your information. While removing credit card details is not an option, canceling your subscription ensures that no further charges will be applied.

Refuse to refund me after they fail to deliver basic service

I bought a subscription because I needed to stream a pre-recorded video on my Facebook profile and Youtube channel. For some reason, the connection with the Facebook profile doesn't appear in Onestream Live, I tried several times and the support person acknowledges the problem but can't do anything about it. I bought the subscription because I needed to stream straight away, so I asked for a refund, but the support person refuses to process my refund straight away and tells me to wait as my case goes under "further investigation". They have already acknowledged that there is a problem and it's not my fault, and I want my money back, as I have no use for the service now. Very bad customer service, I really hope they will refund me for such a bad buy. Stay away from them!

Stay away from this service if you are serious about your work

Stay away from this company and service. First they lied about having a server in Istanbul, Turkey and we get super drops during our streams and we were on their paying plans. Then I canceled our subscription and next month surprise i receive another payment notification for the next month so i rush in and talk to support about it that I canceled the subscription and they still charged my account. They did nothing about it and decided to keep some 39$ instead of refund me and keep a customer long term. This company doesn’t care for you or any other customer, they just want to get your money and that’s all they care about.

Also support never does anything but keep replying to you with useless information.

If you still decide to go with them for your livestreams… well have fun.
