I recently travelled to Malta with One…
I recently travelled to Malta with One Traveller and overall had a very good experience. The trip was well organised from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and stress‑free.
The hotel was lovely — especially the rooftop swimming pool, which was a real highlight and perfect for relaxing after busy days out. Our bus was thankfully air‑conditioned (very much needed in the Maltese heat), and that made the journeys comfortable.
We had an excellent local tour guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history and culture of Malta to life. There were a few occasions where we had to stand for long periods of time during certain visits, but it was manageable.
The tour leader kept things running as expected.
Overall, it was an enjoyable trip with great organisation, good accommodation, and memorable excursions. I’d happily travel with One Traveller again.

The hotels were very good, not perfect but still very good. The tour manager was excellent: polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great Tour Company for Singles
Everything well organised from meeting at the airport on the way out and saying goodbye at the airport after everyone has retrieved their luggage. Excellent tour managers, hotels and local guides throughout. I have been on 12 holidays with One Traveller and never disappointed.

I visited the Baltic Countries and it was a fabulous holiday. The itinerary was good with some lovely visits. Tour manager excellent. Food was good throughout the holiday. All the hotels were a very good standard.

First & last One Traveller holiday!
First holiday with One Traveller and I was not impressed. 15 of us, elderly ladies, average age well into our 70s, temperature in Tuscany 34 degrees most days, rising to 36. Richard Lord our guide was arrogant, made no concessions for our age or abilities, never pointed out rest rooms when we arrived anywhere, we had to find them ourselves, did not look after the group, especially the more vulnerable or disabled. Our itineraries were incomplete, with no times for getting back to the hotel each day, so we had to repeatedly ask. I called him a courier and he snapped at me "I'm not a courier, they deliver parcels". When I asked what he was he answered "tour manager" but never managed us or seemed to care - half the time he didn't know where we were! The last night he booked an American Sushi restaurant so, because of my severe allergy to fish & shellfish, I couldn't go & join my newly found friends for our last dinner together, but had to find something to eat elsewhere and join them later for a drink. He said the menus were pre picked in advance, it wasn't a fish restaurant (despite the sign outside) but my allergies were also pre booked with O T months in advance. I couldn't risk it because no chef in any restaurant will guarantee no cross-contamination. A sad end to a disappointing tour. Overall, there was not enough time to rest and some tours started at 2pm, the hottest time of the day which was madness. This needs to be changed in light of global warming. My first and probably last time with One Traveller.

Dissapointed
First of all when i said that i ate a vegan diet i was told by Sandra that because so many guests had said they w re but ate anything, no provision had been made for my dietary needs, eventually this was sorted as i gave Suandra a list of the foods i eat, as far as i am concerned i had a verbal contract with your company, as, when i phoned and booked the cruise on October 31st 2025, i asked if you could provide me with Vegan food then i would book this holiday, i was asured that
this was not a problem. I also paid extra for my cabin, but on viewing the other cabins on board this
yatch I could not understand the extra charge, they were slightly smaller, mine had two windows one in the door and the other a pothole in the shower room.
Also i was told that all my luggage and clothing would be transferred to my cabin from the "pick up" bus, this did not happen as my jacket dissapeared. Sandra asked if i had had on but one of my fellow passengers said that she had put her coat on top of mine Coatia is beautiful the yacht clean and the staff excellent. I will not travel, with One Travellor again. I am dyslexic so some words willbe spelt incorrectly

What made it great
What made it great was excellent organisation, a superb tour manager and a lovely location. The only slight complaint is about the hotel. No air conditioning, broken fixtures not repaired abd food second rate. Suggest look elsewhere.
