Although I never went as far as booking the holiday (not yet anyway) Ruby Elliot has been fantastic, answering all of my questions politely and quickly and she has gone above and beyond to send me the most amazing deals.

At the beginning, we had some doubts about the company’s validity, which is natural when booking through a new provider. We have not yet completed the full payment, but up to this point, everything has been handled clearly and smoothly. Communication has been timely, and the support provided has made the process much easier.

So far so good with this company. Me and my mum have booked to go to Poland in December. Every question or query we had was answered professionally by Kingston, with a very quick response too. We added on transfers at a later time and thought it would be a problem but Kingston eased our mind and sorted it for us. Now we can't wait to go.

I recently got a bespoke quote from Jordan Parker, the quote covered all i asked for and he was very friendly and helpful. I have not booked yet simply because I need to check with my husband first. Would highly recommend

We booked a holiday to the Maldives and Dubai. I used the whatsapp option which was easy. Martin Wolfe was always quick to respond to any questions. The whole process was made very easy for us. I researched booking everything myself and also looked at other agents but OWT provided great value and I am really pleased with our choice.
