I had an issue with my Robot vacuum cleaner so I sent mine back to ongadget in july. I got a response that they are on vacation and will start working on it from 1st of August. Now their website is down while there is no auto reply on the support mail either. Hopefully they are still in business but now I can't even find the phone number. Anyone knows their phone number?
Ordered a PS5, it was above the retail price but not unreasonable considering the supply issues. Service and delivery was lightning fast and arrived the next day. I gave it as a gift for my husband and he was so happy, I have no regrets.
Absolutely great service. Bought 2 ps5 one digital and one disk. Ended up sending the digital version back and got my money back after 7 days. they're are quick to respond on email too. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Had a powerbank that stopped working - it shows that the ports has shifted inside the powerbank (which actually was really cool and charged fast!!!) I have now messaged back and fort for weeks and they keep saying they see a mark that indicates the powerbank has been dropped. Honestly a powerbank gets marks from anyting - since it's inside your bagpack or in your briefcase... I am not impressed with their service - or their ability to solve my issue.... wouldn't buy here again...
