I called them for a mouse problem, they came immediately because we paid extra for emergency appointment, the guy sprayed his stuff and put some traps and that’s it. He told us that we have 1 year guarantee and if anything appears again to just give them a call.
Things started to go wrong when it was time to pay, the actual amount was much higher than the ranges offered via phone and he told us it was because of the VAT.
A week later we found mouse droppings again and when I called, it was a Sunday because it says on the website that they are available 24/7, the guy told me to call the next day because Sundays are only for emergencies. I called the next day and they have already blocked my number.
My husband called them and they replied of course because they don’t know his number and when he told them that they need to come and take another look, they hung up the phone mid-conversation. My husband called them again from a different no. And told the guy, either return the money or I will report you to the police. He told him to report and hung up the phone.
We did file a report and we encourage everyone to do so because then they can take action against those scammers.

At first they were great! Came very soon fully equipped and seemed knowledgeable. Then the problems started: overcharging/ a suspicious-looking invoice with no kvk and at a different company name which they would only issue AFTER the payment was made/ when the problem persisted they wouldn’t come and when they finally came believing I was a new client, as soon as the guy realized it he went to his van supposedly to get the equipment and just disappeared/ they even blocked our phone numbers so we couldn’t communicate either them

Scammers avoid. Intimidating an old couple then calling them racists to make them pay an inspection cost that was never agreed upon.
