Product as per the description on site.
Product description was correct. Battery was delivered not very next day as was claimed on site (morgen thuis). It was delayed by 2 days. Nevertheless it was delivered and I don't mind 2 days of delay.

I have ordered a battery and immediately it was placed for deliver, however, GLS and the neighbour created controversy that made it longer for me to get the parcel.
When I marked the delivery as not received as neighbour which was a car garage shop did not realised that it was my parcel, and I have called customer service, a lovely representer quickly created a new order for me to get the parcel asap ( this was the best experience i ever had ordering online )
Today I have finally received my parcel as GLS delivered into the same place, however, suddenly the first package appeared also and I have decided to call the customer service to return the 2nd package back to the company.
Lovely experience, the woman from the customer service was amazing.
I will definetely pass it to other people so they will know where to buy from.
Also the battery price was half price of what you usually find on the internet.

Product not delivered no money back
Formally the product was never delivered to me. I spend 2 days to ring bell at all doors in range of 1 km from home to find where gls driver dropped my package. Stay away. Look for other seller. Their cs have not helped after my report for fraud in gls nl.
