I used to love Bet365 but after last night daylight robbery, I no longer recommend this site. Their site crash last night just b4 one of the biggest games of the season. Thousands of people bets where in the green in the first few minutes of the game. Nobody could access their cash out or everything. The site wouldn't work till roughly 10 mins after the game was finish. But by then most bets had lost. Bet365 made a fortune last night by screwing over their loyal customer. No apology or nothing. You have lost all the credibility you once had.

So. I done a bet on Football last week. The bet hinged on West Ham winning (1up ) at the time. And Spurs and Chelsea (1up) Btts at the time total return €159, this company is offering €44. cash out, Spurs get a peno they increase the cash out offer to €62, this is before the ball is on the ground for penalty to be taken. So their hedging their bet on the grounds that Spurs will score. I declined cash out and Spurs miss, Offer now sinks back to €44.. Then 10/15 mins later Spurs score (West Ham are now 2up) they offer €139. I hit the button straight away and accepted THEIR OFFER.. as again they are hedging their bets. Goal is disallowed but offer stood. 20 minutes after the match is finished they take the money back and also leave me with a negative balance as I done a bet and entered a poker tourney. Now what an absolute disgrace . I got onto "customer service " whom are just robots trained to constantly refer you back to general rules as they know absolutely nothing about betting. One reply was "it was a resettlement of Guinea game" in African nations cup. Very surprised by the treatment I received from what is the largest betting company . Very upset about the whole saga. Yet Another Farce
I mean what kind of online bookies is it that when I've got £24.80 in my account and I want to place a £20.00 back bet on a sport. I try to place the bet and I get a message saying I don't have enough money in my account - what??? Listen you lot at Bet365, did any of you go to school. You would have known that if you subtract £20.00 from £24.80, you are left with £4.80. In other words, I DO have enough money in my account. If I could swear on TP I would!!!!!!!!

Too much ads, terrible user experience. Don't recommended at all.

Guys.. i switched 1x to bet 365.. bet and i am using bet 365 from last 10 years.. millions loss.. in 10 years.. but matter is not.. for loss
and win.. matter is faith..yesterday bet 365 cheated 34£ (3000Inr)... i am playing with 3000inr and searching for games.. in front of my eyes with in 30 sec my balance showing 0..... i was shocked what happend...? I thought may be some error... but after 10 minutes gone balance showing 0.. than i searched bet 365 web site and history in my account.. i was again shocked.. history saying i played some instant games... in 30 sec i lost all money.... and while i was seeing this history..msg.. excatly time showing i playing... gameing ... they are big baggers...cheater big big cheters... 1x is small cheater.. bet 365 big cheater..our hard earn money they looted... i request my indian brother.. beware... thease all betting sites is fraud... they all baggers....

My account has been verified (twice, and I got the emails to prove it) after uploading the needed documents, and right after I deposit money I've been updated that my verification actually was a mistake and now I can't withdrawal my money. when I contacted them (more than 10 times), they said I need to upload a Bulgarian passport and driving licence, two things I'll never have. Meaning my money was lost and by lost, I mean stolen. Now they told me they'll send a postal verification thru the Bulgarian post office. I don't know if you know the Bulgarian post, but they will never arrive. bet365 asked me to talk to them in 10 days, but since I'm sure it won't arrive and they'll say it's not their problem, I'm warning you right now: you don't want to be a part of this disaster. find a different bookie. promise to update here if I'm wrong and things will suddenly be ok.

I was having fun when loss/ win profit was acceptable. But since won GBP 200.00 they start to rob every single penny deposited on the account. And Dual Drop Jackpot! Forget it to gain any reword three times in the row with 25,28,30 tickets I was gettin a whole big nothing. Stay away from them another thiefs. And the pretend to be safe gambling. Forgot my password. I tried to get a new, but it was not possible as i was in another country with license restrictions. I come from Denmark and I am currently in Germany. I contacted costumer service that told me that they have closed my account till i return to Denmark where i can contact them again to reopen my account :D What a joke

This company likes offering free bets. As long as they lose. I used my free £5 bet to predict the correct score England v Scotland 0-0 at 10/1. The result was indeed a 0-0 draw and I checked the bet after the match and it said I chose Scotland to win at 10/1 (lose) I protested but they said they could not find any bet with a predicted 0-0 draw and offered me another £5 bet blaming ME for making a mistake.(I didn't take it) I suggest anyone who makes a bet online takes a photo of the page proving what you bet. I didn't do that believing bet365 would never have pulled the stunt they did. Disgraceful. I closed my account.
