Its a fun site to place small bets. Just fancy a flutter and don't try to act like a pro. If you are placing huge bets and expecting them to pay out then well, money does not grow anywhere. Betting companies pay from what their customers lose. So if you placed a high odd bet and are expecting them to pay out. That is impractical! I had an account there and they never had a problem with me because I never placed arb bets.

Customer service of this company is very good. They helped me to solve problems many times while I was not able to login.

Mollie, chris N, benji w and boncho were all fabulous. I kept disconnecting due to my own fault but they each assisted me superbly!

I played a wager of 16$ early 2020 for Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win Superbowl at Odds 51.00. I have followed the bet all through the season and was looking forward to the Superbowl with a Wager that had an value of 275$ before the superbowl and an opportunity to pay out 825$.

But around one week ago, Bet365 customer service - without any reason given - decided to cancel my bet. They payed me back my 16$ and i have tried to get a reason for this action - but without luck. I have had contact to customer service, managers and more. All just giving me nothing.

Now I'm here - post SB with Buccaneers winning and I got my initial 16$ - missing out of a win of 825$.

I'm shocked and sad that this could happen in 2021.

The largest Bookmaker in the world scammes people for money like this? I have tried and tried to get my money but nothing happens.

Just don’t do this guys...they asking for pay fake tax to send your money ..and that matches are fake fixed ..pls read this before do something..I’m already contacted with my lawyers and they are trying to find them by bank account ..it’s all about a time

They will do best to rip you off.. Many times got my bet suspended with no cashout till all goes under what you've bet... They will block your bet till they win money... Never play with them ... NEVER...

This site acts like a betting site and gives out tips which they say will be a 100% win. The bet will always be a U21 match and people will instantly win. But whenever you try to withdraw the money they will ask you to pay a fee of approximatly 320 euro's. WARNING! DO NOT PAY THE FEE! Luckily I didn't pay the fee but people who did will never see their money again. Worst thing is them asking for more money whenever you pay the Fee.
