The company could have been a bit more forthcoming with info. on how to claim back the VAT as disability aids are rated at 0%, as a result it was made dificult for me reclaim the excess that I had paid and this ended up costing me £50 more than it should have.

The best price I found for my purchase. Customer service was very good, by telephone before buying and online afterwards. The only thing I would have liked was an estimated delivery date as the product is made to order.

Reasonable service and a friendly delivery and installation. However, communication was poor from the order process through to delivery, with no estimated date provided until a week before and 6+ weeks with no communication. For a ~£1000 chair I'd expect a slicker experience.

Despite a delay in delivery I still feel that online ergonomics deserves a high rating. The responses to my queries around invoicing and delivery were quick and personal. Excellent service and product at a very reasonable price

Brilliant product which has changed my working-from-home-life. Also extremely efficient, friendly and very personal service. So good to be able to ring a company and get straight through to someone who is knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help.

I was expecting my new ergonomic chair to be sturdy and balanced. It could be better that it is, perhaps due to how it was assembled.

The chair is very comfortable and helps ease my Fibromyalga pain. Love the air lumber and top back support. I love the colour of the chair. Thanks for everything. The service was excellent and all staff are very helpful.

I am delighted with the equipment delivered, but a couple of issues could have been handled better:
1. Having placed the order I had to wait for weeks until I had any idea when the items would be delivered. And that was only I made contact with you, and that information was inaccurate (it took quite a bit longer than you said it would). I would have expected some estimate as to how long delivery would take before I placed the order...
2. When I received the sit-stand desk, it took a couple of hours to assemble the frame on my own (the instructions said there should be 2 people to do it), and there was no instructions as to how best to fix the desk surface to the frame, nor the rear cable tray. Plus the first words almost in the frame assembly instructions said that the equipment was NOT suitable for home use and should only be used in an office! This despite the order being recommended knowing that it was for home use. You should in my view make clear when ordering that 2 people are required for assembly, provide instructions for the entire desk and not just the frame, and edit out the comments about not suitable for home use (or stop selling this equipment for that purpose).
