Excellent to work with

Working with you is always a very positive experience, Nikolaj. I hope to & will gladly work with you again.

You deliver on-time and adequately, while always available to help someone in need. The tactical approach you take on work enables this, and all that is needed is a clear strategy to allow your work to be both very efficient and maintainable in the long run. You handle pressure well, without ever leashing out.

Constructively asking "why?" is one of your best features. The innate ability to question your own work first, and the honest & friendly way with which you help solve other people's mistakes is refreshing
- and creates an open and trustful work environment.
