I ordered Gas Stray Struts and was going to have them delivered , but was told there was an outlet in Sunshine West , which is just around the corner from me. Was told my order would be ready in two hours , but got an email in ten minutes to say my Struts were ready. Would highly recommend ONLINE Auto Parts. Very Happy

New starter motor for Triton ML. Online had the part in stock. Paid for it and picked it up the next day. Checked the new starter over. Very impressed with build quality! Looks just as good as the original if not better. The new starter kicks over the engine better than the original ever did. Very happy with the result!

It was exactly as requested, a quality part and well and truely on time. I can't comment about customer service as i bought it all online. But i cannot complain at all and the price was as expected.

Ordered it. Got what I ordered. Arrived on time and as stated. Item in perfect condition and working. Bulbs included which didn’t actually expect but happy to see. Would absolutely use again if something needed (touch wood) 😀

Parts were ready for collection fast and they fit and work perfectly. Great affordable prices as well. Very happy.

Communication and delivery was great. The issue is even though it stated this part is suitable for my vehicle the part definitely was not suitable or useable for my vehicle.

Easy purchase, quick turn around, product was ready for pickup when I arrived. The speedo cable I bought however wasn't greased on the inside and is quite noisy.

The product is perfectly fitted as advertised on website. Quick and safe delivery.

Extremely poor customer service.
Paid for express post and part was delivered promptly. Only problem was it was the wrong part. Called up and explained it. Was told to send a message through and someone would contact me the following day.
They did not contact me.
Called up again and was told no picture came through, please send it again. I explained it was urgent and sent it again.
Received no contact again.
Called up a third time - they had still not recived picture. Sent it again and was told I would receive confirmation by 5pm. I did not.
They finally recived the picture and the new part was mailed 5 days after first contact.
Then my responsibility to mail the old one back.
The new part is crap. Window now makes a noise when going up - like the motor struggles.
Not impressed at all.

Outstanding service! Sent an enquiry late Friday and certainly did not expect a response that day bur I got a reply within minutes. Made my purchase, quick delivery at reasonable cost. Highly recommended
