Delivery was very fast. Just wish they would sell Medela Symphony parts in separate pieces in addition to purchasing the entire set.

Norma was very helpful and responsive which is greatly appreciated, especially for a desperate mom with milk supply issues. I made my order on new years eve and was eager to have the pump in hand. Even though it was a holiday on new years day, Norma responded to my text and let me know I could pick up the pump when the pharmacy opened the next day. When I got home and used the pump I was using the functions incorrectly and Norma called me as soon as I texted her. She sent me you tube videos that helped me learn to use the pump properly. Thank you Norma!

The pump arrived quickly which was a massive help and I really appreciated the way I was given some tips and video links to better understand the machine, she found a way to help even in a time when we can't get to close, so I still felt safe and socially distanced. Thank you!

Amazing service! After some sudden nursing troubles I had to find a pump quickly to protect my supply. I was able to get the pump the same day! Moreover I forgot to add an item to my cart and they fixed my mistake without impunity! When I got the pump I forgot to hook something up properly and they walked me through it. They were incredibly responsive and very timely, especially when time is of the essence! The pump has been lifesaving and works like a dream. I will never buy another pump in my life after using this one. It saved my supply.
