Online carpets website was extremely…

Online carpets website was extremely easy to use, the range of flooring was great, their helpful calculator was excellent too, allowing me to calculate how much flooring was required and how much. Then ordering online was easy too, product was delivered, the delivery man was brilliant he even helped carry it into my house, he got five stars. The eventually fitting was a breeze, German engineering at its best. Floor down now wife has just held her first dinner party, thank you Online Carpets five stars!?!

This was a living nightmare

This was a living nightmare. The carpet is fine. But they informed me they would come at 10 am. They showed up at 9am. I asked if they could wait 20 minutes until I got to the house. They didn't!! Obviously I wasn't in the new house to receive it since I don't read minds. They left everything out in the garden. Carpet and underlayer. They never specify that it was just delivery and wouldn't help bring inside. I called and the answer I got was " we are not mandatory to deliver inside"
Had to open a carpet in the middle of the garden and fold it risking damage. This was possibly the worst experience. I was gonna order more carpet to do the rest of the house but I'll look for another company. This was an absolute joke

Our deliveries are scheduled within an estimated 3-hour window (typically an hour and a half either side of the planned arrival time). This window is based on pre-planned driver routes, which must be followed closely to ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed within the working day. For this reason, we’re unable to delay or hold a delivery once the driver is on route, as this would impact both the timing and completion of other customers’ deliveries on the same route.

We advertise and provide a ground-floor “nearest access point” delivery service as standard, meaning items are delivered to the closest safe point at the property.

All delivery information is clearly available on our website and is also included within every order confirmation email for reference.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

I have nothing but praise for online…

I have nothing but praise for online carpets, they were absolutely faultless in every sense... cracking prices, great communication and top notch customer service.
I wish they were a company I needed to use regularly because they are amazing!
I even messed up my order (no issue), asked for rolls to be sent "short way" (no issues) and asked for a delayed delivery and again no issue for them
The customer service team are brilliant.
In addition, the carpet looks STUNNING!
The ability to get free of charge samples is basically unheard of (normally they are a small charge or you have to pay postage)
Honestly, I've told everyone what a brilliant company they are.
Even our carpet fitter was impressed with the quality for the price we paid!
