Superb value

Having just laid the new vinyl we are really pleased with the result. For the price we are astounded at how much it looks like wood flooring.

Great service, great carpet.

From receiving the samples, then making a couple of enquiries as to which underlay would be most suited to the carpet I had chosen,I found the whole experience fantastic.
Plus having found myself an independent carpet fitter, I reduced the cost from a couple of quotes I had had from £545, for my living room carpet, underlay and fitting, to £301 ! Would highly recommend and will be using again !

Double check the carpet size on arrival

I have received a carpet which is not as per the stated width of 4m, it therefore is too short at a doorway and I have also therefore been overcharged as not receiving the area paid for.

I have suggested they do a simple check on carpet widths, 4m or 5m, before sending out, as they have advised they rely on the manufacturer to supply the correct widths.

They have offered a replacement next week, which is not suitable, but a simple check at their end would have stopped this happening in the first place.

The perils of online shopping for bulky items like carpets.

Edit: Just noticed the response below, it was more than 50mm short, which you are aware of, therefore not conforming to BS.

Carpet widths are subject to an industry-standard tolerance of +/- 1.25% (BS 3655:1974), meaning a 4m carpet may measure around 3.95m, and a 5m carpet around 4.94m.

This is a manufacturing standard and applies across all retailers, so it is unfortunately outside of our control.

Amazing quality, lovely service, darn good prices!

Easy to navigate site. Lots of choices at many price ranges.
My carpets came fast and in perfect condition. Wonderful quality and an amazing price. Delivery was swift and the delivery man was wonderful and helped me to move the carpets up a flight of stairs as I am in a 1st floor flat and was on my own.
I will, and do, recommend these to anyone and everyone who is after carpets.

From ordering the free samples to the actual order of the carpet, the whole process was so easy and efficient, the order was delivered on time and delivery was on a bank holiday, great service and quality

NEVER USE ONLINE CARPETS

Twice I was meant to receive my carpet, twice I have been msgd within a couple of hours from delivery time to say I'm not getting my carpet. First excuse van broke down. Second excuse , forgot to load it on van.
Called customer services and answer both times, Aw, sorry about that, but we can get it to you next Monday or Tuesday.
2 days holiday wasted. A lot of prep work, moving furniture etc.
Ask for a refund same day as I am now going to have to go buy a carpet elsewhere, was told 2+5 days before refund goes back into my bank. Simply don't have the money to just go buy another carpet. Time, fuel and a lot of running about.
Appalled at the lack of empathy, care and disinterest.
NEVER BUY FROM ONLINE CARPETS.( Subsidiary company of Wilson Furnishings ltd.
Extremely poor service

Whilst the majority of our deliveries are completed within the quoted timescales, there are occasional circumstances that can prevent an order from being delivered as planned. These situations are rare, and we appreciate that experiencing more than one issue is particularly frustrating.

We can see that the initial delay was due to a vehicle breakdown, which is an unforeseen, on-the-day occurrence that we are unfortunately unable to prevent. Our warehouse and transport processes are continually reviewed to minimise the risk of disruption; however, some circumstances remain unavoidable. We always aim to reduce any impact on our customers as much as possible.

Information regarding delivery expectations is available on our website, where we advise that delays can occasionally occur. Delivery dates are therefore estimated rather than guaranteed for this reason.

Our transport team schedules deliveries up to two days in advance. In the event of a failed or delayed delivery, redelivery is prioritised, with the earliest availability provided.

Any refunds processed are returned within 2–5 working days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Customer Service is extremely important to us, and we are sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of empathy in your experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to understand this further so we can fully investigate.

Perfect really, carpet was bang on, wrapped up and protected, very good quality and for the price I cant complain at all, ive bought all my carpets so far from these, buy in confidence you'll be alright 😉

Ordering was easy and they were helpful…

Ordering was easy and they were helpful when I wanted to delay delivery . However when I asked if it could be delivered to my neighbour it became more stressful as I was told it was at the drivers discretion . I spent the whole day worrying that he wouldn’t do that. I dont understand if it’s my choice and I’ve asked for that why it can’t be done , like other delivery companies.?The Lino was excellent quality but when we went to lay it there was a big nick in it. Rather than send it back , which I’m sure is an option , we managed to work round it as I’d ordered slightly extra. Apart from those 2 things I was very pleased but only gave 4 stars for these reasons .
