I bought a lifetime deal with Appsumo. OCH support staff are all very helpful and answered my query very quickly. I have only just started to check out all the guides, but I get regular emails letting me know of new features being added and the platform is clearly constantly being Upgraded. It is obviously aware of the market and what other platforms are offering.

I've had a fantastic experience with the support team. Their response time is impressive; I often get replies even on weekends! They are very attentive, acknowledge any issues promptly, and work diligently to resolve them. I recently had a concern regarding AI, and their team collaborated with me to get it sorted quickly. It's reassuring to know I can count on their support whenever I need it.

I'd really like to give this 4.5 stars as there are just a couple of niggles here and there. But as their support staff are always attentive - I'm clicking the 5 star button.
The site is pretty easy to set up and the automations work well.
Cloning courses is easy too - and as I offer my course in multiple languages, this is a ditinct advantage.
They are working hard to improve the features and recent additions include student access to AI within the course.
Would be incredible if we could have mutliple currency payments, extra platform translation languages and the deletion of old promo code buttons would be awesome - but I guess you can't have everything.
Pricing is good for the monthly plan which comes with unlimited data storage within the platform.

The OCH platform is easy to use and what I was looking for in a course software, as I needed to be able to sell both individual courses and subscriptions. It’s under continuous development, with new features being added regularly, which shows the team is actively working to improve it.

The support team is always helpful and quick to respond. Occasionally, there might be something that doesn’t work perfectly, but once you report it, they fix it very fast. You really get the sense that they listen to users and care about making the platform better.

Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I’m very happy with the decision to use OnlineCourseHost.
