Service as it should be

The service was easy to navigate, choosing a treatment was straightforward. The period from making a choice to getting approval was very quick. The delivery happened quickly, so overall a good experience.

I paid for next day delivery on Monday…

I paid for next day delivery on Monday and it is Thursday and still hasn’t been delivered to felmores post office which is due to close for the last time on Friday 1st May .

Absolutely terrible didn’t realize you…

Absolutely terrible didn’t realize you can get this for free in the pharmacy, but Lloyd’s failed to tell me this and charge me £30 instead

The experience was managed well

The experience was managed well the questionnaire was through and acted on well by the online Dr's, contacting me for further clarification before issuing the medication. Have used in the passed and would again with my recommendation.

The consultation was ok, not the rest..

The consultation part was fine, but the parcel was sent to the wrong address. I spent an hour on the phone, only to be forwarded to a different company who had no idea what I was talking about. I had to ring back, was on hold again for 30 minutes, and was told I would get a call back from a specialised team. 3 days later, not a word. I had to travel to the address myself, and recover the item. I also emailed and never received a reply. One of the worst pieces of costumer service have ever received. I also had a nightmare using the phone service. I kept trying option 4, but it kept asking me to start again. I had to choose a different option than I needed.

Poor service

Poor service. Not delivered as advertised on next day delivery. Medication ordered 31/3/26 and was meant to be next day delivery, order received 4/4/26. delay in medication being administered, took 3 days for request to be looked into.
