Easy to order
Easy to order, good correspondence, only issue is can't choice delivery date, hard when a cold delivery, you work and they won't leave parcel in a safe place, always has to be delivered next day so not so cold, other companies let you choice delivery day.

Quick & efficient service ; delivery could be improved
Having ordered a few items from the Superdrug Online Doctor, I find them to be quick & efficient in reviewing, authorising & dispatching items. Royal Mail often let them down on the delivery with cool items arriving later than expected & on one occasion damaged packaging.

Prescription Delivery problem
Received an email telling me to collect my prescription after 3pm or later. I went at 4.30 no medication to be had and was told it would not available for 2 days. I was unable to collect until the 3rd day after it should have been ready. The result of this was I was 2 days late tak8ng my medication.
The pharmacist gave the the explanation that they had, haf trouble with delivery all week. This was/is not my problem. The email gave me a day and time???

If no ID don't bother even trying
I have tried to order from them several times now and each time I fail due to the ID verification check that's needed. I only have an expired drivers license and as don't drive anymore I won't be renewing it, also I don't have a passport as no need for one, so this has meant I am unable to order with Superdrug online Dr at all. No other forms of ID are acceptable, EVEN THOUGH IT STATES THEY HAVE OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE WHEN I CHECKED THIS BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER! I get they need to check identity etc especially for medical things but in this day and age why oh why can't we just do this via another way- using my bank to verify me as I pay this way also? Or some other way. Technology is meant to help not hinder but this seems so dated now...
