Absolutely horrible!!! This is a scam. I have waited over 6 months for a promised refund which they said was approved! They ignore calls and emails and feed you BS to keep collecting your money!!

Non Delivery
They could not deliver my passport in time for the trip so I put the account on hold for me to access what to do and cancelled my trip. When it was clear that this would not work, I asked for a refund and have heard nothing for months.

Bad experience
Order it feb 26 they charge me for $178, I keep calling customer service to continue my doc but no one has ever pick up the till it getting closer to my departure time end up using other service and asking for refund the said they will refund it and I never get my refund it’s been over than w 2 months, just call them today asking status of my refund and they hang up on me.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I requested a refund for a double charge more than 45 days ago and still haven’t received it. I can’t speak to a manager and just get told over and over I’m on the list for expedited refunds but it never happens. I also never received my passport as requested but that could be blamed on covid 19. I never asked for that money back even though they failed to provide their service but to not return the duplicates charge is outrageous.

Not Trustworthy - Go Elsewhere!
Not trustworthy! I signed up for the service but only after providing my credit card information did they tell me I had to have travel plans arranged to receive the service. The company told me to send in a request for refund. I made two requests and received zero response from the company either time. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. At least that got their attention! You should try using some other company.

This service is very unreliable and unprofessional. I was already charged over $400 for passports and now am not able to reach anyone in order to provide the documents required to finish the application process. Which means I may not get the passports or my money back. I am very frustrated and don't have that kind of money to just be losing out on.

Govworks saved my job
Service was great.
They saved me from a great deal of trouble two weeks ago. I didn't have a travel date, but I needed a passport to prove work status at my job because my social security card had a restriction which never got removed and my passport was my only hope because I didn't have a U.S. birth certificate. This company saved me and my job and I couldn't be more grateful after getting laid off early in the year.
I will admit when I read these reviews at first, I was very concerned and I was afraid I wouldn't get my passport in time, but one customer service representative Nikki was very helpful and she was very patient, she put my mind at ease and helped a lot.
While I don't know everyone's experience on here, it seems like a lot of people had a bad experience because
1. They didn't send in all their documents
2. Department of State rejected/suspended their passport
As for customer service contact,
I have gotten a hold of them everytime and the longest wait time for me was 17 minutes more than likely because I called around lunch time, but this was a rare occasion.
I did the 6-7 business day rush service.
Sent my documents February 21st and received my Passport March 3rd.
For those who are trying to do same day service, even if you got to passport agency and book an appointment yourself, you still may not be guaranteed as their are limited slots available for that and I'm not really sure if that's a problem any private expediting company can solve.
Thank you Govworks for saving my job and thank you for getting me through this rough hurdle.

Hello??? I have been on hold for over an hour trying to finish up the application that I am not allowed to download until speaking to a real live person, which seems impossible at this point. I'm starting to fear that all the other terrible reviews are correct and that I have wasted my money. Stay away from this company!

Awesome Service If You Actually Need It (this is a real review!)
I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to make sure I wrote one for this company. We realized we had 2 of our kids' passports expired about 16 days before vacation....emergency! So, we found this company online. I read a lot of the reviews (good and bad) and have to admit, I was skeptical. However, the process was smooth, I received updates every step of the way -- and we received our passports with 3 days to spare -- WHEW, relief!
I thought it was important to share this because although there are negative reviews on this site, it seems most of them come from people who sign up for the service and then want to cancel (and it is clearly stated in their refund policy that there are no refunds, for very valid reasons. We actually needed the service, went through with it -- and although extremely expensive, it was exactly what we needed in order not to cancel our vacation.
I recommend people not sign up before reading the fine print; however, if you are in need of passports fast, they do what they say (at least for us they did!)
So thanks Online Expeditors! You gave us one less worry before we leave on our family trip!

LIKELY A SCAM.
First of all - the company got 28 five star reviews on November 19th, conveniently bookended by very negative one star reviews. Certainly seems like they're padding their stats.
Second of all - I filled out all of my paperwork and was told to "call in to verify my information before shipping." I called yesterday and left a voicemail requesting assistance. Then emailed multiple times today with only one response saying they "messaged me on the platform." I replied and proved that I had no messages on the platform with a screenshot, and called repeatedly to my AM (Kenia) as well as "her manager." No one is responding to my emails and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes now...
If I don't hear back before they close in 4 minutes I'll definitely be contacting my credit card company to report the charges as fraudulent and contacting the better business bureau.

Refund promised but never given
Unfortunately I have had a similarly bad experience as other have posted. I had to cancel my order moments after placing it (for about $293 dollars). I received an email saying that a refund would be processed shortly. Several weeks went by and I called to ask about the status of my refund. Lauren Brown told me that a refund would be issued within 10-15 days. No refund was issued. I have been calling on a weekly basis since and have not received any money back. I am planning to report these charges as fraudulent and will be making a complaint about fraudulent and unethical business practices to the FTC and BBB.
Please do not give this company any of your money.
