excellent service on time with delivery

This was the second time I have used their services and both times my expectations were exceeded. The online application was easy to fill out, they processed my documents and I had them the very next day. Once I received the package I included everything on their very detailed checklist and sent it back with the enclosed Fed Ex shipping label that they provided. I was kept up to date on the process via email and text alerts and my new passport was delivered as promised.

I would highly recommend GovWorks in expediting a renewal or lost passport.

I originally placed an order for a passport replacement and within minutes of submitting tried to cancel the order as mine was discovered at a restaurant I was at the night before. Literally within minutes of placing the order, I had already filled out and submitted my cancelation request. I received an email saying that they would review and have an answer to me within 1-3 business days. That was a month ago. Multiple calls and emails to the customer service representative have gone unanswered and at this point, I am just assuming they scammed me out of $300. Stay away.

Flawless for me and my daughter. Everything you need is in the downloadable packet, and the prepaid tracking allows for easy updates to be pushed to you. I explored a couple different vendors and this site was by far the best because they integrate the documents (including the DS-11 application) into their wizard which just saves time and effort. Would recommend.

it has been 1 month since the payment and nothing is known about the order they always respond with the traking that are not true

UPDATE DO NOT USE OR GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!. still have not received my refund after a month. Received an email on October 16th saying I will get refund in 10-15 business days, that would be Nov 6th. It is now the 11th and after multiple calls I finally got through to customerish service whom said I've been put on a refund list? I should receive by next Friday Nov 22nd.. MY GUESS IS THEY'RE TRYING TO HUSSLE PEOPLE AND CAN'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO REFUND WHAT THEY DON'T PROVIDE. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! I will continue EVERYDAY to write a new review until I get my $238.90 back or they get popped on criminal charges.

They stole my money!! They let me submit a request and payment for a passport in September 22nd and guaranteed to get it to me by the 24th. When I called 10 minutes later to make sure they could do it, they said they could not and would refund my money. It is now NOVEMBER!!!!!!! They will not refund my money. I have called over eight times. No refund. They guaranteed the refund by the 15th of October. No refund. They have over five hundred dollars of mine. Theses guys are scum and crooks.

The service they provide is terrible.. I wanted to cancel my order with this company and found it to be impossible.. I went to my credit card company and disputed the charges. They removed the charges. Two months later they hit my card again. This has been a nightmare trying to do business with this company. Please do not make the same mistake I did. DANGER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with my experience with Passport Center (GovWorks). Their representatives were very knowledgeable and effective communicators, especially given how convoluted the government has made this application process. If you call them up to walk you through, step by step, they will do just that. Peace of mind. I received my expedited order with plenty of time to spare. If you're like me and cant stand paperwork, definitely take some of the burden off yourself and use them as a resource.

Renewed both my kids passports. Process was easy, automated and I got notifications throughout. Great service.
