Fantastic garden cushions for my new furniture which look fantastic and such a great price. One of my items arrived damaged but the response and resolution from customer service was really quick which is great

Looks nice but with poor instructions and what seemed like a hundred pieces to screw together it was a nightmare to put together, had it not been for my husband it would of ended up in a heap in the garden. Also not enough clearance above the draws for the handles so they stick badly and you have to pull really hard to get them open again so I am going to have to get new handles for the fronts of the draws and drill holes into the draw fronts.

Ordering was easy, great quality,good price and communication.
Delivery was quick and friendly would recommend OHS some fab bargains in sale and plenty of choice in general never sent anything back as been happy with all my purchases.

One item arrived that I didn’t order. One item didn’t arrive at all. Customer service was very slow and faffy sorting it out.

First time using OHS and a pretty positive experience overall! Great selection of products in their sale at great value prices. Good quality too. My order was despatched in batches but arrived quickly. Two items did not arrive so I contacted customer services and they were quick to respond, apologise and refund me. Can’t fault them.

Quick delivery kept updated on delivery although some items take longer and come in different deliveries friendly and polite courier would recommend having a look on this website.

I purchased a few items, a side table had slight damage to the top, offered a full refund for a return or 50% to keep, the king size duvet set only had 1 pillowcase, again offered a full refund, couldn't really ask for more, first refund already notified in paypal so had to give 5 stars for service, the garden items I purchased are well worth it.

I had a chair cushion missing from my order so I contacted the team. Jody immediately asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement and as I had two chairs and one cushion the replacement was the option I picked.
