Excellent customer service
After having a problem with an item I bought, the customer service team went above and beyond to correct the problem and a replacement was sent within 24 hours. I’ve had many purchases from this company and have never had a problem (until the last one!) and have always been impressed by the quality and value for money.

The furniture ordered was so poorly…
The furniture ordered was so poorly made and literally broke apart, the only piece that didn’t was covered in chips. Awful awful quality even for the price, I’ve had similar from Amazon that cost less and were way better quality however trusted OHS which was a mistake. I’m 8 months pregnant and extremely disappointed with my experience and don’t see it getting fully resolved before my baby arrives.

Faulty Cuddle Cushion
I recently had a problem with an item I’d ordered for my granddaughter’s birthday. I contacted the customer services department about the problem and the reply came next day. Several emails were sent and were answered straight away or the next day. I cannot fault the service and the problem was solved with a very good outcome, thanks to Phumie and Sharnte.

Scam seller still waiting weeks
Poor experience will avoid in future …paid for multiple items only received 1 and yet the other items were in stock but not dispatched yet. I sent multiple emails as no phone number and kept getting wrong replies not acknowledging my complaint. They sent tracking codes which were invalid at yodel. Items finally arrived but one of the items was faulty after all of this faff… overall items were poor quality so you get what you pay for I guess … it’s a NO from me

Can’t fault the service. Babalwa Has been brilliant. Sadly I had a tiny scratch on an item and Babalwa was quick at helping me. Friendly and professional. Furniture is beautiful. I 100% recommend this company.

Very good experience for me. Ordered 2 kids dry robes. Decent quality for the price. Took a while to arrive but well wrapped. I did look at other people's reviews, quite varied in individual experiences but mine was good. Pleased.
