Ordered a pair of OHS Eylet Blackout curtains and they are not blackout at all. In fact, they let in more light through than standard curtains as they have no lining whatsoever.
After misplacing my return receipt of an item I purchased in February 2026, I was delighted when I found the receipt in a drawer. Whilst I contacted OHS customer service to advise them and sending photographic proof of the return, they refunded the missing item immediately. Good service and much appreciated.
Really nice duvet covers great for the hot weather. And great price bought two looks great on bed.

We ordered a duvet set and bedsheets for our new house through Online Home Shop, and the entire experience has been one of the worst online shopping ordeals we've had.
From the start, the delivery through Evri was a mess. Tracking bounced between "out for delivery," "returning to depot," and "lost in transit," with the parcel never actually arriving. When we contacted Online Home Shop, the replies we did get were vague and contradictory, first it was lost, then it was apparently on its way again, then lost once more, then finally they confirmed it was lost for good and said they'd issue a refund.
That's where things got worse. Instead of refunding the full £47.45 we paid, we received a partial refund of just £24.13, leaving £23.32 still outstanding. That was weeks ago. Despite chasing repeatedly, all we get back are the same empty confirmations that a refund "will be processed," with no actual money appearing and no explanation for the shortfall.
There is no phone number to call, so every single interaction has to go through email, and replies are slow, repetitive, and never actually resolve anything. It has now been almost two months since we placed the replacement order, and we are still out of pocket with no working resolution in sight.
We would never order from this company again, and we'd genuinely advise anyone else to steer clear. If you need something within any kind of reasonable timeframe, go local or use a retailer who actually stands behind their delivery and refund process. Waiting two months for an order that never turns up, followed by a refund that still hasn't been paid in full, is completely unacceptable for what should be a simple home purchase.

Tha goods i ordered I'm really pleased with, nice quality and good material.
Really like this shop for garden bits and pieces ie cushions, outdoor rugs, plastic crockery etc. very good value, fair quality, I also purchased 2 sets of pyjamas which were really good quality, very soft and beautiful colour, granddaughter and daughter very pleased x

I have ordered several times from this company with no issue. However I rate a company on how they do when there are issues and sadly this has been appallingly. I contacted the company through my account to report missing items. I was then sent a pic of the box delivered to my house and asked to confirm delivery. I explained the issue wasn’t that I didn’t receive a delivery it was that items were missing. I had already explained this and listed the items I was missing. I was then asked to clarify the items missing as I had said I had received a pack of cushion covers and cushions pads but had listed these as missing. I then went back explaining again I had bought two sets of these and only received one. I was then asked to send a pic of the box I had received and the items within. They also in this email listed the wrong items I had explained in my previous email were missing. Does anyone in your customer service have a clue what they are doing? I don’t have time to go back and forth explaining in several items the same thing. Sadly for the sake of items missing which total only around £20 probably you have lost a loyal customer because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of dealing either your customer service again which is pitiful
