Excellent Quality
Never bought from this company before, so was a bit nervous about quality etc. I have to say I was really pleased with the quality of the cover etc. I bought a king size quilt, but the sheets were a double ( as that is what the mattress is) . I ordered the extra long depth as I have a lot of trouble trying to get double fitted sheets to fit. Delivered was on time & it comes altogether in a box. Will definitely be buying products again.

I love your products
I love your products, however you need to change your delivery source. I ordered two coverless duvets. They were delivered on two separate occasions. And both times the parcels were left on the ground floor of my block of flats. Which is unacceptable.

When the return was picked up, it looked like Yodel hadn't included one of the items but Sharnté was great and swiftly dealt with the issue.

Made my enquiry I think the lady was called Mishqa very helpful helped me track my order even followed it for me and let me know we’re my order was going I didn’t realise it was going to an impost and thought it was coming to my address so she tracked it found it and it ended up all fine
