Nice seat cushions, but the covers are not removable you have to wash the whole thing. The cushion covers have zips so are easily washable.

***UPDATE***
As I have continuously explained, but is seemingly too difficult for any of your ‘customer service’ team to understand: YES the order was shown as delivered to the address, but NO the delivery was not handed to a person or signed for. The tracking photo shows the box left OUTSIDE the door, not in a safe place, and not given to the alternative address I had specified.
I DID NOT AUTHORISE for my order to be left there, and it subsequently went missing from outside the door before I got to it.
Stop trying to change the facts to make it look like you have been in any way helpful, that I have been uncooperative, or that the order was delivered as specified when it most certainly wasn’t.
I have never come across any other retailer who operates in this way.
Under the consumer rights act, YOU as a company are liable for the goods until they are safely received by the CUSTOMER. As I did not receive my order I was therefore entitled to a refund, which I requested in writing numerous times.
It is then your own obligation to investigate this further with your chosen courier.
Your ‘customer service’ team did not try to help resolve anything quickly. This took me over a week of back and forth emails just to get a simple refund, while I was being asked to fill out multiple forms and give you additional unnecessary information so you could ‘investigate’ with the courier. It was quite clear from my emails, order details and tracking photos what had happened. All just DELAYING TACTICS AND TIME WASTING GAMES to avoid giving me the refund I was entitled to.
During that time, my data also ended up leaked to a SCAM ARTIST who called me posing as the Online Home Shop, and tried to get me to give them my bank details or card information. You OLIVIA then confirmed that this person does not actually work for you.
As a company, every single operative I have had the misfortune of dealing with should be ashamed of themselves and their conduct.
Your response to my complaint is completely inaccurate. What I should have got instead of this was a formal apology and acknowledgement of the severity of the situation, given how far this ended up escalating.
Is that clear enough for you?
I have already explained all of the above to you on our private email trail, but as you continue to lie publicly, I have posted my response here in the public domain as well.

There is photographic evidence of my order being left outside a random front door which I DID NOT AUTHORISE.
My order is now missing and Online Home Shop have refused to process a refund.
I have been emailing with Babalwa from their ‘customer service’ team for days, and all they are doing is using delaying tactics and fobbing me off to avoid refunding me.
Under the consumer rights act, it is their legal responsibility to process a refund and they are liable for the goods until they are received.
If I could give them zero stars, I would.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I certainly won’t be ever again.
