Depends on what you are seeking, I guess - not well organized
I used online.ph to try to get to sell my condo in Quezon City. I encountered two problems:
(1) Most of the applicants don't have real estate experience to qualify them as RE agents, so it means going through many applicants to consider very few. Even so, it is tough going.
(2) It is not possible to do a search for only applicants who live in the metro manila. So I got applicants from places far away such as Cebu. It is so time consuming to check where the applicant is from. I don't know why OnlinePH doesn't have a method of identifying applicants only from a certain part of the Philippines?
I gave a 3-star because I know that there are other jobs that could provide qualified applicants, just not a real-estate agent in my experience. Also I did request a refund, which is what OnlinePH promises if the account holder is unsuccessful, and they did refund my money.

REFUSING to refund me even though they said they will
I paid for the subscription and on that same day about 2-3 hours later I sent them an email asking for a refund since this is not up to standards with me. They accepted that and said they would refund me. They said they've processed the refund and it would take 3-5 days to arrive. A few weeks later I haven' received anything. I emailed them THREE times and they ignored me and refused to reply to me. ABSOLUTE Joke of a company.

eTimeproof hasn’t been consistently reliable—there are several days each week when the system fails to capture my actual work time, resulting in lost hours. I’ve reached out to customer support; while they were initially responsive, they’ve stopped replying to my follow-up emails regarding the same issue.

All in all
All in all, it's great platform specially if you have a good skills to showcase, the only problem I encountered is the mode of payment. In opinion it is I think it's limited I believed it should have more options for us to choose our mode of payment. It gives me a hard time getting my hard earned money to those payment portals of your choice.

What stands out to me is the company's commitment to creating a supportive community, and this extends to how the company handles client issues but sad to say, I did receive a negative rating from a previous client due to a payment dispute. While the issue was raised with the platform, and the payment was not resolved, the negative feedback remains visible. The company has excellent communication. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive.
Very mixed bag
OnlineJobs sends me a lot of good candidates. They also send me some terrible ones, and their vetting policy is very inconsistent. This is a buyer beware sort of site - make sure you do your own vetting before working with someone, because in my experience you definitely cannot trust the site to do the vetting for you. Also make sure you go to candidates' profiles and look for existing reviews from previous employers. It's not easy to see those reviews when people are applying to your job and it could save you a lot of trouble if you see a bad review before hiring :) . Side note: apparently OnlineJobs also removes users from their site if they write a 1 star review for them. Just keep that in mind if you plan to leave a negative review but still want to use the platform....

I'm not sure if OJ has a lot of scam clients, but I've been getting many job invitations and applying to some. Most of them ask for a design test before an interview, or I pass the test, and then they just stop responding. I think there should be better screening on this through your website to prevent this from happening. It would also help if applicants can make reviews with the client or company, like on Upwork, so applicants can be sure they're dealing with real companies/client.
best platform ever!
Functions are great simple and working. but design is outdated
Functions are great simple and working. but the website design are a little bit outdated.
additional feature suggestion:
update website design, put a portfolio feature in every profile. example like "behance" which we can showcase out works.
