I have used Onlinejobs.ph a couple of times. Found 2 excellent virtual assistants and paid a very affordable rate. Very fair pricing. I made enquiries before proceeding to pay for the basic service. I then followed up to ask if I upgrade to the advanced package would I be charged again and customer support was super responsive and informative. They told me if you exceed the permissible amount of respondents and wish to upgrade, I will only be charged the difference in price between the basic and higher priced package. Very fair.

Due to the fact I found the right VA in 1 week I didnt need to renew my subscription and upon the renewal date I forgot to cancel. So I was charged for the following month. I emailed support. They responded in minutes assuring me they would cancel the subscription and void the payment so I would be refunded.

I then followed up again to query the timeline of my expected refund and again within minutes I get a response with a super informative reply with all the context and details to answer my query.

I can count on one hand how many times a company has left such a positive impression of their customer service let alone the combination of their service and customer service. Top tier customer service on multiple occasions from OnlineJobs.ph

Updated as of Feb 6th, 2025: I initially misunderstood the pricing plans. After upgrading to the Premium Plan, I had enough invitations to continue my job search uninterrupted. Thanks to Dan for the detailed, kind support and tips.

In 2021, I joined OnlineJobs.ph (OLJ) with the hope of building a career online. However, due to time management challenges, I couldn’t pursue this path further at that time.

Fast forward to August 2024, I decided to give online work another chance. I started actively seeking opportunities, and in November, someone believed in me and hired me as his VA. His trust allowed me to restart my online career, and I am incredibly grateful.

Its free and easy to apply. Issue is some jobpost is spam repetitive. At least limit per employer for the same job to post. and at least some payment protection for the applicant if got hired.
