Great customer experience
Great communication by email on the progress/ tracking of my order.
On delivery day the courier practically handed me the product because it was fragile. I would certainly order from Online Lighting Shop again .

The online chat box was very helpful
Used the online chat to recommend a lampshade to go with a base I was looking at. Bought their suggestion and was delighted with the base and shade that arrived. It looks even nicer than it does online. Great experience, only knocked off a star as the delivery takes a little bit longer than normal.

When the lamp arrived, unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I called the company, and the problem was dealt with immediately and efficiently, and they sent a credit note within days. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

Really helpful and friendly customer service team. Ordered back in December when the glass part wasn't in stock but they managed to send all other fittings so my electrician could fit whilst he was still at the job and in Jan when the glass was in stock they delivered seperately. Thank you
