Customer service fob you off passing the responsibly onto the delivery company and vice versa. Would certainly not reccomend unless you want to wast time chasing up for your item that you paid for.

I understand your frustration regarding delivery, I can assure you we did our absolute best to get this resolved.
The light was ordered on the 1st Nov, we shipped it out on the 6th hoping it would arrive the next day as delivery address was Ireland. The courier had failed to deliver the parcel due to missing Eircode, which caused some delay & the package was being held up in the depot & further failed delivery attempts.
We contacted the courier through our local depot to try get the light delivered as the light was physically with them, all we could do was contact them as much as we could. I am sorry you felt that you had a poor experience with us

Have to say also that I paid almost a third less using the online lighting shop than two other places.

I checked the order & can see you ordered on 20th Oct, the light arrived to you 23rd Oct, after you sent through a description & some images of the broken part, we sent you out a replacement on the 26th Oct.
We totally understand that sometimes lights can be damaged during transit & we hope with such a sufficient timeframe for the replacement being sent that this doesn't put you off from shopping with us again. Thank-you

We recently bought a number of lights…
We recently bought a number of lights from the online store they arrived quickly extremely well and carefully packaged the lights were of great quality and looked better than we could have hoped for, As we had bought a light that way too big for where we had planned to put it we had to arrange for a return. When we contacted the online lighting store to arrange this they were amazing to deal with and seamlessly arranged for the light to be picked up and promptly refunded the amount.
