Grate quality and super fast delivery

The onlinepenshop.ch leads a person to think it is a swiss shop, while it is in fact a dutch shop shipping from Germany.
The prices are no longer appealing once one needs to pay the customs clearence all the while you also have to wait 2 weeks for a package.
Ordered on Monday, shipped on Friday…. And in a reused carton box, completely amateur and misleading…  Never again

Since the order confirmation 13 days ago, I haven‘t received the product nor heard back after contacting the shop twice.

This store doesn't clearly state the the approximate time for the delivery. It's very misleading that they have a website with .ch as a shop located in the Netherlands. You can send your order back but have to pay for it yourself. I absolutely don't recommend buying anything from this site. Personalized items are not refundable at all which makes sense but it probably doesn't get mentioned in the checkout which it should, just like the delivery time and where the package is coming from or that it's an international purchase. Seems like they're withholding that info on purpose to get people to buy stuff and having a difficult time returning it. Definitely not recommended.

Great experience on delivery - swift and well-packaged. The website search could use a bit of a rethink. Not easy to search for an article with drop down boxes and accessories are under the brand name under one’s so not great classification either. But I muddled through and eventually found what I wanted. Great selection!

They sent a wrong item but immediately it was replaced with the right one. Customer service was very fast in responding. My experience with them was really great!

I was insecure in the beginning. And then I saw that the business is from the Netherland, which is a good info by a reviewer - that I know where is the base location of this business. Ordered a pen with engraving and it was sent to Switzerland. It will take time from order to delivery (I was expecting that based on other review) as it has to go through custom but the company informed you well on the status. Customer service is also reachable. Good experience.

The whole order & delivery process was very quick and simple. The gravure on the product looks really nice. It was my first time with onlinepenshop and certainly not the last time.
