Great service from ordering a pallet of 25 kg bags of rock salt, to the delivery on the date requested,the driver was very helpful. Really impressed. Would recommend to local businesses and friends.

Placed an order for rock salt contact with the company and order went good. However the delivery did not arrive on the day and was delayed by a few days. Was rescheduled to arrive on another day. This went well we were kept informed and received updates from the company.

As as school with locked gates during core times we have problems with non delivery of items. The driver for online rock was patient, rang the office and waited for a response for us to open the main gates for access. Very much appreciated as previous companies would not wait and would drive away leaving us with a bill for undeliverable items. Thank you

The driver was unable to park close to our building due to access limitations. However, he went above and beyond our expectations in moving a large pallet of rock salt at least a few hundred yards down the road to the very place we wished to store it. A really excellent service. We were very grateful and it has been much appreciated. The rock salt also works, within hours it melted away thick ice and made our car park so much safer. Excellent service and product.
